Despite recent comments by a very strange woman, I have been using this car wash for many years, as individuals they are honest, polite and extremely diligent in what they do, I would highly recommend them to anyone and I am very fussy about cleaning my cars.

I had my car washed inside and out late yesterday afternoon for the first time, at this car wash. When I returned home I glanced at my shiny black car roof to see big, new scratches on one side. It was too late to return as they were closed. Its a new car and I've washed it myself up until now. I was stunned.
I went back today, the owner was aggressive and threatened court action, telling me he will find out where I live. Him and his Albanian colleagues mocked me and the roof damage, treating me with utter contempt. The hose was obviously dragged over my car roof but he's denied any damage.
I've posted this publicly as this business should be named and shamed. No stars possible.

The reviews in this place have been a bit inconsistent of late so I thought I’d write an honest review for all.
I booked my car in for the top service - no. 4. Inside and outside, wash, wheels, tyre dressing, polish, vacuum, wiping door jams, internal dash, internal glass polish etc. £35 - medium car (bmw 1 series)
Exterior.
Exterior cleaning was pretty good. Looked lovely and shiny. Wheels and tyres looked great. Very happy.
Interior.
Please note. The interior was pretty messy. I have a dog and the boot had lots of dogs hairs and a little mud on the back seat and dog slobber on the back window.
They took the mats out and hoovered under the mats, hoovered the seats, carpets and the interior glass was lovely and clean. Dash was nice and clean. AND... the boot came up pretty good considering the amount of dog hair!
The negative points.
I’m giving 4* because they missed a few obvious things through a lack of attention - a sweet in its wrapper (not sticky) left down the side of the passenger seat. And cobwebs and leaves left in the door jam.
Customer Service. The job was done quickly - I was surprised when the man said it would be done in 30 mins! (I wasn’t in any rush).
Overall I was happy and I would go back again!
I didn’t complain about the sweet and the cobwebs and leaves in the door jams so I can’t comment on how they would have dealt with my complaint (maybe I was a bit worried about mentioning anything to them, after reading how they were rude to the other female reviewer who complained...)

Despite the recent trio of 1 star reviews due to unfair circumstances, this is the only carwash i will take my car to when i dont have time to clean it myself. I've been using these guys for years and never had a less than excellent experience. Always friendly and professional and no job is too big for them! Thanks guys- your hard work is appreciated! ????

I normally wash my own car, but driving past, I saw the sign for this one and thought "Why not?".
It also helped that a couple of family members had also been and recommended to come here too!
I have to say these guys are excellent at what they do and very detail oriented.
Extremely reasonable and they move fast!

I’ve been going to this hand car wash for over 3 years and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The car is always very dirty, inside and out (4x4, off roader with two big hairy dirty dogs) , the car is always gleaming , smells lovely and looks new!!! This has to be the best car wash in Worthing. Wash, wax and alloy wheels polished all for £9 on my Saab 93. The car looks as if it just came out of the factory. I recommend this car wash to everyone with no problem at all.

This is the first time I've used this facility and was very impressed. The speed and the quality of the finish was great (and I'm fussy). I paid £9 for a wash, wax and wheel shine which I think is good value for money. My local supermarket charge £7 for a hand car wash that is poor in comparison. I will definitely be back.

Whenever I pay a visit to Garden Centre I always make sure I get my vehicle cleaned by these guys because they are 100% professional and my car always looks like it’s just come out the showroom.
I would actually say they are the best hand car wash in the area and very reasonable.

Just had a mini-valet at this hand car wash. Used them before and was very impressed and they do actually do a great job! But I have just checked the change pot in my car and there is a fiver that has been taken. Clearly a rotten egg working there. If you go here make sure you are with your vehicle otherwise avoid!

Have been using this place on and off for 7years. Amazing service every time. On last visit, cable to move seat back and forward became detached, they insisted on fixing this first before I left. Tried many other places around West Sussex but nowhere compares to the quality of work done on the car.
