Never been here...I can't imagine it being great if it's a drive through car wash, who wants swirly lines all over their nice paintwork. Save yourself money, do it yourself!

Ok so I had previously given this car wash 5 stars and paid for the HD package every time, £13.50. I used this car wash pretty much every week, the guys were friendly, polite and great at their job. They always jet wash the car, Foam the wheels and give it a scrub before it enters the carwash. Alas today I was stunned by the miserable, lazy attitude of the guys, they really didn't want to be there at all. This was apparent by effort they put in or lack of it! I do not think a quick brush of my rear windscreen is a pre wash. What a shame, I need to find another carwash.

The liar said he won't be doing valets until 11 because he was working alone, but his colleague arrived. I asked if the colleague could do the valet but he said the guy worked for Tesco. The colleague came out wearing the IMO uniform and proceeded to wash the car. Unnecessary lies. Otherwise great service.

Been using there car wash a few times now recently notice the other day when I was going through the car wash there was a noise coming from my tyre, I parked up afterwards and notice that my front right alloy was scraped by the chain that moves your car through the car wash. Do not recommend

Went there asking for help on getting my car cleanEd as there's ingrained Polish on the plastics (was hoping he'd say something to the effect of "oh I have just the stuff to remove that before it goes through, it'll cost X amount" instead he pretty much turned me away... I'm sure a new business will do well with that sort of attitude

It was “closed for maintanence until 9am” this was at 6.24pm in the evening. I looked at the website before travelling over to littlehampton and it said the car wash was open until 7pm. A wasted journey and fuel. If the car wash closes for maintanence so early why not just say closed earlier on the website?

Rude and dont have a clue about car washing. Sprayed the lacquer of my car then said i have to get a sprayer to mend it he wouldnt pay cos it wasnt his fault when it clearly was. He was rude and arrogent and never will he see my money again
