we only had the mid range clean, drive though but !! very good results,

I've used this place four times, the first time was great..The next three times the wash has been uneven and leaves dirt behind that i need to wash by hand. .. thankfully with lockdown coming to an end there will be an alternative service where i can spend my money

I visited here on Friday the 11th of Sept I was very happy with the attention to detail on the body work how ever the windows could of been better also I had my phone charger stolen out of my car not very happy about it as I only brought it last week! Something needs to be done about this.

Beware.Imo bognor take no responsibility for any damages. My car had the rear wiper ripped off by the rollers .They had been adjusted too tightly after routine maintenance. The wipers and metal clip etc went through the car wash and damaged the paintwork on my car. I asked their head office to replace the wiper and repair the scratches and sent them photos.They sent me a letter back denying all blame and i received nothing.Still waiting 2 years later.

Great service here as always but wash always seems to miss a bit here and there. Great if you are in a hurry. You can pay by card or cash. Lots of washing options are available and valeting service if you book it in. You can also do your own vacuum here if you wish but bring some coins.

Hi, today i were at IMO carwash in Bognor Regis, next after Sainsburys, and probably never gonna go there in future, it was horible, charging you more than 2x, told me to pay for Express wallet 15£ instead of 8£ (price on list), I can understand that there is a cold and windy weather but come on, more that 2x for the same option.

We have been using the IMO car wash team led by Millie and Milan in Bognor for years and they valet all our newly arrived WAVs. The numbers they have valeted for us over the years run into many hundreds and over that time we have only had to make a handful of minor complaints which have all been corrected immediately. We have tried other valeters in the area and found none of them to be as good as the team at IMO Bognor. Of course the team members change, some are good, some not so, that's life but, between them Millie and Milan always listen and do the best job. We are always impressed by how clean they get a vehicle and their team work tirelessly to do the best job they can, it's hard work and we respect that and we have never had a vehicle damaged by them which we hope will give you the confidence to use them without fear. Thanks Millie, Milan and the team at IMO Bognor from us all here at Southern Mobility Vehicles Ltd.

This car wash ruined the paintwork on my 1 year old, dark blue BMW. So far, I've been quoted £1400 to rectify the paintwork.
Before using the car wash I explained my nervousness of using it and the attendant ASSURED me that it was latest technology and the car would be fine. Well, what a mistake that was (on my part)! If you have a car that you love and cherish - do not use this car wash!

If I could I would give it zero stars.... first of all the way itself missed half of the dirt on the roof and the sides so what’s the point of it being a car wash?? And then secondly there were scratches all on the front and the bonnet so had to pay out to get the scratches removed, luckily they all went but that’s really not the point!
Would NOT recommend to anyone, be better off washing it yourself which is what I’ll be doing from now on, zero star rating
