Very rushed service at the imo in Bognor Regis. Paid £10 for my car to be cleaned and came out with bird droppings on my car still, even though they use a pressure washer to begin with. Would go back to complain but none of the understand very much English apart from which wash you’d like and how much it is. Very poor service. Will not be going back to them again.

Damaged my car the first day of owning it.
Literally just drove my 2007 BMW M sport from Liphook and thought I'd use this car wash because it had all ways done a fantastic job on my previous car.
But while in the actual wash when the wheels were being cleaned I felt that car shake and an usual noise.
As soon as my car was pulled out of the exit I went round to the passenger side of the car and there was a long scrape from the front to the back of the car.
I then drove round to where the operator's were and told them that my car has just been damaged.
Explained what happened when the wheels were being cleaned.
A member of staff said that there was no way this could have happened.
The car was damaged before I drove it into the wash and there was nothing I can do about this?
I told him that I have literally just driven from a garage in Liphook and there was no damage to the car before I just paid £6000 for it.
Other wise I wouldn't have bought it.
I've added a number of pictures on my profile of the damage as proof.
Have tried to add pictures to this review, but they keep getting removed?
I have spoken with my insurance company and didn't get much help with this situation.
But I can try to help stop other people's cars from getting damaged.

This is genuinely the best car in the area, the wax they use gives the car a high quality sheen, which makes it look better for longer and the prices are excellent value.

Always get my car washed here, if I have ever had any issue it has been resolved very quickly. Only downfall is the vacum isn't very powerful for the price.

Not happy at all, went for the top wash (pro shield) and wondered why the coloured foam wasn't sprayed on so went and asked a member of staff why and he informed me that the foam squirters weren't working. I said why should I pay for something I'm not getting and he explained it's only 1 pound difference anyway. I wonder how many people had paid the pound when they shouldn't have.

It used to be a good service, if only the staff with the prewash brushes could use them to get the hard to reach places ie tailgate area under the spoiler, really not good for £13.
