Fantastic experience from start to finish, no pushy sales tactics, very knowledgeable in their field offering impartial advice throughout. Had one system in 6 months back, installation engineers were great, very tidy professional workers. Was a game changer over the summer (really cheap to run too), so much so that we’ve arranged for 2 more to be fitted in March ready for the hotter months. They carried out a recent 6 month service on our unit and again very impressed with the engineers that attended. Many thanks to Paul and his team, highly recommended!

We've used Leicester Air Conditioning now for many years. Paul and the team are professional and deliver a fantastic service at a reasonable cost. Not only that, they are genuinely lovely people and always take an interest in us and our business. It's always a pleasure when they come in to complete any works required and we hope to continue our business relationship for many more years to come.

With so many air conditioning companies out there we were not sure who to go with. Paul personally visited our house and we had 3x air conditioning units installed (conservatory, living room and bedroom). Our conservatory is very large and we were concerned whether the air con would keep it cool enough in the summer and warm in the winter as I also use it as a study and games room - the product recommended works brilliantly. We were particularly impressed with the attention to detail and the engineers were very polite, respectful and even hoovered up after they finished. In two of our rooms we have wallpaper and the installation has left zero marks and friends and family have commented just how well finished the job was and the units look amazing and work really well. In summary a sterling job by Paul and the team - thank you.

Really excellent service, local, very quick and competitively priced. The guys that installed (sorry can't remember the names) were lovely and it wasn't at all a problem for them to move the fence panel that was in a way to install the cables etc. then put everything back. Left everything tidy too. It's been nearly two months from the installation, all good and very energy efficient aircon unit.

We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Leicester Aircon! Our clinic required a better source of heat in the winter and much needed temperature control in the warmer months. We looked up a number of Air Conditioning companies in Leicester and had quite a few quotes. There was no doubt that Paul was the only person we felt was honest, trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable! He took care in recommending the most appropriate systems, as well as location of the AC units, so that is caused the minimal of disruption to a newly renovated premises. Both Engineers, Lee and Nathan, were extremely professional, clean and courteous - so much so, that we didn't need to supervise and could leave them with keys to the premises! There are not many companies around that you can do that with - especially considering this was the first time we had worked with them! The AC units installed are of excellent quality and value.
