Fitted Bluetooth audio to my OEM Subaru Legacy head unit. I had spoken with a number of car audio specialists, all of which scratched their heads, and one even asked me if I could get them a wiring diagram from Subaru. Cartronics just said 'yes no problem'. I was sceptical but needlessly so, it works just as they said. The price initially seemed expensive, but they had the smarts when others didn't, so actually it was great value.

just to share with you that we reinstalled the Phaeton infotainment module yesterday at our local VW dealership. It seems to work perfectly.
Well done & thank you to your team. Do not be surprised if VW ireland send through other Phaeton/Toureg systems to you for repair in the future.

Took in a faulty Sat Nav unit from a Skoda and was charged £79 for a fault diagnosis and next day was then quoted £745 +VAT to repair it. So I collected it and sent it to another specialist repairer who charged £195 to diagnose and repair the unit including VAT & return shipping and it's now back in the car and working perfectly 72 hours later.

I went to Halfords to change my rear break light and rear light, despite them charging me for 2 bulb changes, the refused to change the bulbs as they couldn't get the cover off and refinded. Went to Cartronics, met the most fabulous chap, who walked to my car, took the cover off and changed the One bulb straight away. Fabulous!!! So despite Halfords not being able to do the job, they overcharged.....Go to Cartronics.

I removed the amp from my car on Tuesday afternoon and posted it to Cartronics. It was returned TWO days later, repaired, upgraded and sounding superb. I could have had the amp removed, repaired and back in the car in less than 48 hours. Awesome service. Thoroughly recommend.

I sent My Porsche Bose amplifier to these guys. The claim it arrived completely thrashed in the mail. They claimed that the pcb was broken and needed a complete overhaul for 700£ saying that they also need the VIN to "synch" it to the vehicle. Which is stupid, official Porsche dealer in Sweden does not charge that much for a new amp. I paid for the "diagnostics" of the amp and said that I'll find a better deal elsewhere. However, when I asked for pictures of the supposedly completely broken amp to include in my claim for the post office to reimburse me. they didn't send anything. They have not sent the pictures of yet, this was 2 weeks ago. Anyhow, found a used amp on eBay for 170£, plug and play, no VIN-synchronization required. Don't waste your time on this company.

First of all I’m not one for writing reviews but in this case I felt I had to. What a brilliant quick and friendly service. I sent my amp to them on the Monday evening and received it back on the Wednesday morning, you really couldn’t ask for a quicker service than that. I re installed the amp and now is working perfect. Top job THANK YOU very much, I will definitely use them in the future.

Very good and professional and very friendly. They can solve and provide any electrical solutions for your car. Cartronics changed the Speedo in the Speedo cluster and they changed the Japanese car stereo in my Japanese import Toyota voxy. They have done a great job and would use them again and every time I need something done electrically on my car .

All sound lost on my 2013 Lexus IS300h. Lexus advised it was the Mark Levinson Amplifier and to replace would cost at least £2000 plus fitting. Found Cartronics on web and sent amp to them which they repaired and returned to me very quickly for less than half that quoted. Everything now working perfectly. Would recommend to anyone. Very knowledgable and friendly.

Took my 987 Boxster Sport edition
to Cartronics for PCM 2.1 repair. They were able to diagnose and repair the fault for me. Although not a cheap repair it was worth the expense for the expertise and care shown by the staff in repairing the fault. No hesitation in recommending them or going back to them in the future.

After my touchscreen was shattered in my Peugeot, I asked my main dealer who wanted in excess of £900 for a new one. Took it to Cartronics and they were able to diagnose and fix it within 48 hours at a fraction of the price. Very professional and they know what they are doing. Thanks ????????????????

Actually difficult to find fault. Responsive and friendly, confident in the product and invested time to resolve a fault that was was quite possible only down to my phone. Work completed is very tidy and clean, price was competitive. I'd go back! Thanks

I had a Sony Hi-Res system installed in a Maserati Grantourismo. The service and planning was excellent and the installation whilst sympathetic to the car is as good as it gets. Follow up service was also very good with changes accommodated in a friendly manner.

Have been to see these guys a few times over the past few years with different jobs on different cars. Work has always been to a high standard and have always found the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. They told me one of the jobs would take a few hours so advised me of the locations of a few local cafes/shops which was most helpful. Will definitely be going back for future upgrades and problems.

I've been to this place a few times after driving past there, almost blindingly, bright sign at night. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and were able to advise me on a new radio that would let the kids watch something in the rear, on headphones, while the wife and I listen to something else.
They also corrected an error with a handbrake and reverse sensors coming on intermittently.

FANTASTIC service!. They had all the parts I needed, they did a great and fast job in my car, the team was very helpful with all the information I requested.
They answered every email that I sent before I went to the store and even after the modification was carried out, I noticed they I forgot a CD inside my old and damaged stereo and they retrieved it for me and sent it through the post which was amazing.
The only not really good thing about this place is that they do not have a coffee machine and a toilet in their show room, usually someone who brings their car to do a repair or a modification has to wait at least 30 mins but they give you all the information about where to go for a meal or a drink while you wait and there are plenty of places around so there is no big deal. Apart from that FANTASTIC service, I am pretty happy.

Phoned up the store in Surrey and explained to them the symptoms of my BM54. I was told that it could be fixed as the symptoms described would be eradicated so I went in and handed in my unit picked it up later that day and the problem is still there I paid £89 for the service. They have a link on EBay that states after repair there is a life time warranty however when I picked up my unit I was told I’d only get 3 months. When I called them the next day I was told that in order to diagnose I’d have to book it in and this would cost a further £95. Very disappointed. Will not visit them again

Excellent service and wealth of experience with Porsche Audio systems. Had a problem with my Macan PCM 3.1, we mutually agreed a day I could bring the car in to have it diagnosed. Unfortuately the unit was not worth repairing and they were able to fit a top of the range Pioneer Double Din unit and reversing camera. I was really anxious at first about loosing the OEM appearance but after taking the plunge I couldn't be happier: better sound, better navigation and wireless Apple Car Play. The pictures on the website don't do the finished product enough justice. Looks really classy and what's more they were able to fit two female USB slots neatly flush in the centre arm rest. Top job. Thanks Mark.

Problems with our Porsche PCM unit. Screen only showed coloured lines and patterns. Cartronics diagnosed car's electronic systems were OK so the unit had the fault. A reconditioned unit was fitted. They know the computer systems of Porsche.

Was having trouble with finding the car flat occasionally and after scouring countless forums decided to leave it to the experts.
The guys at Cartronics were familiar with the problems i was experiencing and after hooking up to there diagnostics found the problem.
Decided to have the system replaced with Apple car play based on their recommendations and I couldn't be happier, these guys did a fantastic job from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them highly enough.

My Car needed an additional Loom to connect a Head Unit, Cartonics Pre Wired it all for me so it was just a matter of putting it in car. They were happy to and very fast to reply to any questions I had about fitment

Struggled to find wiring and harness made for a polo GTI 6n2 with my CD player i already own to fit. But called up these guys and told me it will be £95 + £15 (CD cage) and will take about 1 - 1.5 hours, called me an hour later saying it has been completed and im so chuffed that they fitted everything properly in working order. Keep up with the awesome work guys ????

Mark and his team were very professional and proficient.
Started the process by getting a quote from 3 car electronic specialists . Then went to see each of the shops ,Cartronics looked the best of the 3 , although they were 20% more expensive they were local to me so i used them . The service and installation was excellent. The install was fitted as per factory fittings and sounds better than expected . Would certainly recommend them , yes i am sure i could have got a cheaper upgrade but would the level of satisfaction been better ... i doubt it
