Had a Focus Cluster refurbished with Sancars through Ebay at start of February this year. Just to be sure I've held off reviews until the part had a good trial. Part is perfect !! Cost was superb. With Compliments, I want to appreciate Sancars for successfully repairing my car Air Condition and Heating irregilaties.
I am a Counsellor and a pastor whose work takes long drive country wide. But my Beautiful Car had made my work difficult.
It was getting extremely hot burning your face or getting extremely cold that it freezes every one inside.
It’s a Mercedes Car CLK and very beautiful but I had come to a point of being afraid of driving it.
I took it to The main dealers Mercedes Benz Leicester, but they couldn’t find the problem so couldn’t sort it out.
I brought it to the Sancars and they fixed it perfectly, so now I enjoy driving every where in the country.

I had an issue with an instrument cluster on an Audi A3 2010. Sancars was recommended to be by Leicester Car Recover (another great business) after Audi quoted me nearly £2k to fix the issue. Sancars were quick, efficient and, best of all, fixed the issue for 20% of the Audi quote and gave a years warranty on the work. I would highly recommend!

Had problems with my Ford Focus. Dashboard warning lights comes on, car goes to limp mode, car wouldn’t start and all the gauges go to zero. This would happen every day. Took vehicle in and they fixed it while I waited. Only took about half hour! So far so good and no problems. Very pleased with the service, cost and the speed of the repair. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Had the dreaded dash of death on my Ford Kuga MK1.. Found this place on Google and eBay while I was looking for a fix, I gave them a call and sent my IP to them and thought may take a few days however it arrived and was back in the post by the end of the day!!
Followed the instructions what they sent by email and hey presto my car is up and running for the fraction of the price of a new one..
100% recommend ???? I'm 1 happy customer..

I have a Honda Civic with i-shift gearbox, i had a problem with my clutch actuator, I live in Germany and this couldn't be repaired where I live. I found this service and that I can send it from Germany to UK to be repaired. The service since sending to them the piece + reparation + sending back to me took only 1 week, they were fast, reactive and very professional. I received the part and the instructions, and now my car is working perfectly.

Would definitely recommend this garage to anyone who has an electrical fault with their car. Great service, amazing turn around time.
Had a problem with my car and was towed in by the AA after they were unable to find the fault. The guys at scan car fixed the issue and are great value for money. I would definitely use these guys again, and would not hesitate to recommend these guys to friends and family.

Well, Sancars have yet another satisfied customer. I'd been having problems with my instrument cluster giving misinformation for about 3 weeks. I had contacted another company but found them to be unhelpful. Found Sancars on a google search. Called them and I was booked in for the Friday. Fault was repaired in under the hour while I waited and no problems since, all at a very good price. Needless to say I'm very happy and would definitely recommend them.

The central was not working on our Ford Galaxy, booked it in for a diagnostic and the fault identified, bought the required parts online and rebooked to get fitted. Great communication and resolved within a few hours, we now have central locking that works. If you have electrical gremlins, these are the guys to sort it!

The service I received from Sancars can only be described as unbelievable. I sent my instrument cluster to them via Royal Mail on Weds. 29/7 - by the next day at 17:08 I had received an email stating the item had not only been repaired but was on it's way back to me! I received it back at my address at midday 31/7, fitted it to my car and 'bingo' I am back on the road. Simply fantastic - massive thanks to Sancars a truly amazing company that I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Very helpful guys! The place is a bit dirty and cramped (not easy to park) and English isn't their first language, but they fixed my Ford Focus instrument cluster when several local garages couldn't be bothered and they did it very quickly and efficiently. They also offer a lifetime guarantee, which I think is pretty impressive. I would definitely go back again if I didn't live 3 hours away, but if you need an ECU/instrument cluster repair it's worth a long drive to save time and money

Wouldnt give any stars but i have to give one to write a review! Very poor service, charged me £50 for a wrong diagnostic of my car that my alternator had gone but dosent repair them or can fix as its not electrical? (Ashwin)What a load of nonsense. Poor service, wrong diagnosis, left car without engine cover etc. Then they got a guy who can barely speak english telling me ‘ i can fix but i dont want to today’ what a mug! Owner needs to fix up, your name wont last on the business much longer as its already going down.

Do job very quick as they just guess and change random parts! Time and money waste!

It's a lie. Before only 1 car mechanic checked the car, he changed spark plugs for me, and said about starting problem I should see car electrician. So I went to you. You aware me for diagnosis only is 50£. I agreed for this. After maybe 3 hours you called me, said its ECU probalby and cost for repair in total 250£. I agreed for this. Than you called again that it was faulty ABS pump not ECU but cost for repair is the same. I collect the car and after 1,5 week the problem came back. So went to you again. You politely informed me that it's ECU and will change it for me for no extra cost. (But before you knew it's not ECU) ok. I collected the car, but problem came back again. Went to you, you said it's coil. And charge me only for part 40£. Ok. But car didn't run smoothly and engine lamp was on. So back again. Than you said you changed small part ( I dont even remember the name) ok. But I only start and drive few meters and engine lamp was on again and car didnt run smoothly! You exactly knew you didn't fix it. I am soo disappointed with you and its my honest 1* opinion.
And at the end i called you angry that you just gave me car back without fix it correctly. The answer was: the only thing we can do for you now if you bring the car back we put the old parts back and give you back your money.
How can I trust you now after this that you will put my old parts ?!? That it will be the same old parts exactly from my car? What a joke. I wont let you touch my car again.
Only what I can consider is partial refund WITHOUT touch my car.

Excellent, fixed the problem. Sancars received my cluster at 09:30 on a Tuesday morning, it was repaired and with the post office by 16:30 the same Tuesday, item was delivered to my door the next morning (Wednesday).
