MLC immigration lawyers (Annik) have brilliant services from start to finish. My husband and I had used different lasers in the vast but got to where it was all a waste of money and time but not with the MLC Immigration. Annik was very helpful and understanding, friendly and took the time to explain every step carefully brilliantly . With our first application we got a positive respond within 3 months and the same now as were renewing my husbands leave to remain. I highly recommend using MLC immigration as you would not find any better????????????

We was offered professional advise from Tameem Hussain regarding a Spouse visa. Tameem always responded to emails/calls promptly, always kept us up to date of the case i.e. what evidence and documents were required. I felt I was lead through this visa application very smoothly and professionally.
The overall turnaround time of the application was extremely fast due to the advice received and documents Tameem helped to prepare. We received a decision from Home Office to grant Spouse visa within 24 hrs of applying.

From day 1, when me and my partner went for the initial consultation, Mr Annik was straightforward, honest and didn’t want to promise things and make things seem easy and piece of cake like most of the lawyers do in order to secure the customer. We knew that my partner’s Tier 1 Grad entrepreneur visa was a tough task and they told us straightaway. However, from their structured approach and the information they were sharing with us, it was clear that these people knew what they were talking about and made us trust them from day 1.
After we decided to proceed, Mr Tameem was the one handling her case and helping us prepare the business plan according to the requirements of the university but also the home office. Great communication, out of normal hours phone calls and a lot of commitment from Mr Tameem and his team.

Got recommended from a friend of mine my case was quite a hard one wasn't something other firms wanted to handle, especially some of the well known ones out there weren't even able to make a decision to touch my case but that didn't stop the main man tahmeem he's a gem of a guy. These guys are highly professional and so humble in character. They welcomed me and made me feel as if my case has already been done which gave me alot of hope and in the end it worked well every penny that was spent on this case was worth it. Would give them 10 stars if I could. Shermina was kind enough to deal with my complicated Surinder Singh route case. Me and my spouse applied two times (not including the appeal that was rejected too) by ourselves and ultimately came to MLC. They are exceptionally professional and helpful. Shermina is extremely patient, a trait uncommon in lawyers, and helped us understand the ‘certified’ situation which basically meant that unless new information is added no further application can be made. It were very long 2 years that we spent in vain trying to make the application by ourselves. Finally Shermina prepared and submitted our application so well that I finally have residence card that too well within the normal timeframe. We couldn’t thank her enough, she was transparent and kept us informed and was always open to questions and made us feel very comfortable. Even though you could see that she was busy, she always made time for us which calmed our frayed nerves. Genuinely nice person and an excellent lawyer!
