I applied for a spouse visa through MLC Immigration lawyers, my visa application was dealt with Tameem and Zuhaib. These lawyers are professional and I am very happy with the service. They are easy to communicate and I recommend their service highly. I was welcomed to the office (with an appointment of course), was offered coffee while waiting even for a very short time. I am happy with the outcome and wish them very success.

After realizing that there was no way I could handle the process of applying for a Visa to the UK I did what you are doing now.. I googled UK Immigration Lawyers and MLC popped up. First thing that caught my attention were the reviews. I decided to call. You should too. Tameem and then later Zeeshan walked me through the process with patience and knowledge. The showed that sometimes words are not enough and that actions speak louder. The prompt responses, the calming emails all led to a successful outcome. Would I recommend them? Absolutely! Following the Brexit, we had to recalculate our options.our children where admitted to a school in London but suddenly we stayed with no possibility to live there. e decided to contact the MLC immigration Lawyers which I found on the Internet. MLC Immigration Lawyers are fantastic at what they do. They are very knowledgeable and so professional. I personally would rate 10 stars for my solicitor Annik, he is honest, efficient and straight to the point. His knowledge is expert and nothing flaw could be picked. I (and my eldest daughter) have been granted indefinite leave to remain this summer (2018), and my case isn’t straight forward like black and white, this shows how outstanding he (and the team) is. I will be visiting him again soon to help me with the application for continue my journey to became a British citizen, and my family as well.

Aleksander helped with my wife’s ILR and citizenship applications. There were complications with my wife’s name, which Aleksander got resolved with the Home Office. Taking that stress away from us.
Aleksander was always reachable via phone or Email. Unlike other solicitors we have encountered where they would reply days later. This made a huge difference to our stress levels. I really can’t praise him enough.

Annik and Hannah were just brilliant. I had seen a few lawyers before coming across MLC. I had been to some of the most known immigration lawyers around. What made Annik stand out for me is he didn’t beat about the bush on how my case looked and my chances on a successful application. Other firms didn’t seem to give me the same confidence or proper direction with my case. I believe my application was a success because of how thorough and up to date MLC team are. I would like to thank MLC Immigration Lawyers. My wife has recently been granted her spouse visa. I would like to thank and applaud the whole MLC team especially Mr. ZOHAIB SHAHZAD who submitted the application in no time. We used the priority service and the visa came through very quick within 4 weeks. I must say say Mr. Shahzad knows his stuff and he prepared a very detailed cover letter and arranged all the supporting documents in a very professional manner. He always responded to my e-mails and phone calls. He also made a separate document list to make it easy for the Home office to make a quick decision which in fact did eventually happened. I must say he is a great guy, very humble and he looks after his clients.
Also I would like to mention that Ms. Shermina Kamal has been very kind as well. She always listened to me patiently and always made sure that everything will be fine. I went to meet her more than once and she always advised me in a professional manner and took time out for me. I discussed things with her at length and she always gave me good advice. She was in charge of my case made sure everything was been done perfectly

I contacted them with some restraint as previously I've been told by two other immigration advisors from two different companies that I have no chance to get positive results. I have to mention that there was nothing illegal with my case. It has just requested hard work and a good strategy. An amazing team of solicitors! I highly recommend MLC immigration. My case was started off by a gentleman named Annik which assisted me throughout the requirements of a spouse visa which I was applying for in order for my husband to reside with me in the UK. Great man, very thorough in explaining everything to me and what documents I needed to collect and send through. He was always available to answer any of my questions.
Mr. Shahzad then took over and assisted me until the very last minute. My case was successful and my husband was granted a visa! A huge thank you to Mr Shahzad, my husband will now be living with me in the UK.
Mr Shahzad thoroughly explained everything to me word for word. He sent me checklists of everything that was required of me. He assisted me with all my supporting documents and was always there to guide me if I wasn't sure. He answered all my phone calls and my emails. A friend recommended MLC in Manchester and they were brilliant. Annik, our lawyer, was outstanding. He talked us through the procedures, collated all the evidence required from us and completed the application within one month. During the nine months wait for the Home Office to complete their findings, Annik was very supportive and replied to all of our queries. I came to MLC as an EU citizen worried about my status in the wake of the Brexit referendum. I was particularly stressed because I had already had an application refused before and I knew that my case was quite tricky under EU law. Annik and Aleksander at MLC were very informative and honest, and reassured me from the beginning that I had good chances of securing permanent residence and to subsequently naturalise as a British citizen. Aleksander guided me through the entire process, being very knowledgeable about EU law and free movement. My wife (a US citizen) and I chose MLC Immigration to handle our Family Visa application on the basis of their overwhelmingly positive reviews. Unfortunately, despite achieving a successful outcome, we experienced a number of issues throughout the application process, which was made needlessly stressful as a result.
The first issue was that Hannah, our solicitor, seemingly lacked knowledge of the process of applying for a Family Visa from the United States, despite assurances that she had recently managed a very similar application. This resulted in documents needlessly being sent to the UK, only to be returned to the US, adding both time and expense to an already lengthy and expensive process.
Secondly, communication was a constant issue; after being provided with the list of required supporting documentation we were essentially left to our own devices, with further queries requiring repeated contact via email and telephone. Further, on the occasions we were contacted, my wife was often left out of the loop, much to her frustration.
Complicating matters was that, after giving us just three days' notice, Hannah left MLC for pastures new. Whilst this is not an issue in its own right - people's circumstances change, after all - the handing-over of our case was poor, and we were provided only with an email address to use in case of an "urgent enquiry". This only served to compound the aforementioned communication issues.
My final and largest gripe is that, in the covering letter provided to UKVI by MLC, another individual's name was used in place of my own, suggesting that a previous covering letter had simply been "recycled" for use in our application. The covering letter is vitally important and is the only documentation to prove that a solicitor was even involved in your application; this is reflected in the £1200 MLC charges to prepare your application, and so in my view it is unforgivable that they fell short in this regard.
As already mentioned, we did ultimately achieve a successful outcome, and have now been granted a Family Visa. I strongly feel, however, that this does not negate the issues we experienced throughout the process, and that MLC dropped the ball often enough that this could easily have been a very different story. I doubt we will be using MLC for our immigration needs in the future.
