He is professional, caring, efficient and absolutely fantastic at his job. We applied for a Long-Stay Family Visa Permit and we had a very complex case. Very happy with the service provided by MLC , especially Mr. Tahir Mohammed. He handled our Spouse visa extension professionally, and although it was not a straight forward case he provided plenty of help and support to make us feel at ease with the requirements and the whole process. We hired them a year prior to our actual application date, and throughout that time they were thorough and prompt in answering all our concerns and preparing the documents. We have used different lawyers in other countries at other times and truly MLC Immigration Lawyers put them all to shame. Right from our very first phone call with Tameem Hussain we were very impressed. He wanted to know everything about our situation, going into so much detail, asking so many questions so that he could build us the strongest case possible. We got off the phone and said - he's our guy!
On numerous occasions he would call (while working on our case) and we would look at the clock and think - surely he should be back home by now. And he would always say he was just doing his job and that he really wanted to help us. He was always so humble and you really felt his heart was in what he was doing. It was this along with his incredible work ethic and his incredible expertise and experience as a lawyer, which really made you feel so well taken care of in a situation which was really stressful for us.
UK immigration had said my case was complex but after quite a lengthy time of waiting I was given my visa to live in England with my family. I kept saying to them throughout the whole process - we are so lucky to have a lawyer like Tameem. Without him there was no way I would have been given my visa!! His work was absolutely outstanding.

From start to finish MLC Immigration Lawyers have been very helpful. We were looking for a very specific skill set and after several local searches it was clear we needed an overseas candidate. We looked at several options and MLC recommended that the Company apply for a Home Office License to employ skilled staff from overseas. They guided us through that process and we received our Company License earlier this year. We selected a suitable candidate in Brazil and she was granted a work permit 2 weeks ago. We applied for a spouse visa in 2019 which was rejected through to mishandling of documents which another solicitor company.
We really came to the end of of what was a very dark tunnel for 2 years!
I read the amazing 5* reviews and immediately called the office. I spoke to Shermina and instantly felt completely at ease explaining every detail of the last few years.
Shermina put me at ease and explained the whole process with a kind compassionate nature, she really does make you feel like you are the only client! There was no rush whatsoever.
Shermina explained ever scenario that could happen, explained the costs which could be involved from the outset so there would be no surprises along the way.
We started the process literally 3 weeks later we had a pre hearing! Shermina worked tirelessly on our case and for us, making sure it was water tight, going beyond the call of duty to achieve the pre hearing which resulted in the spouse visa being granted!
After a year and half of no movement Shermina achieved this in 3 weeks! Each day following up with a call or email to keep us posted wether there was something to report or not.
To say I was in shock and overwhelmed when Shermina called was an understatement..
Shermina did not stop there! Even after the decision was overturned Shermina continued to keep in touch to make sure that there were no delays in moving forward. Although the case is closed and we are now waiting for the return of my husband’s passport, Shermina is in contact and truly is seeing this to the very end.
Shermina from both of us.. we thank you with gratitude for your professionalism, attention to detail, empathetic caring nature, the long hours into the early hours which you spent on our case.
Our family are now whole once more.

I don't know where to start as I have so many good things to say about MLC, especially Shermina Kamal, who has been extremely helpful, supportive, and professional from the very start. Before deciding to go with MLC, I "shopped" around then spoke to Shermina. I immediately had a good feeling. My case was a Surinder Singh route which was quite complex but MLC took that stress away from me and my family. A decision was made by the HO in less than 3 months. Tameem Hussain was a great help in an exhausting process of getting my wife a PR permanent resident. My wife and I done this process at our own but our case were rejected. Then we appealed against the decision and it was rejected again. We run out of choice and it has past 20 months since we had applied for PR. Then we have contacted MLC Immigration Lawyers for the last resort. The team of MLC was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Even though we had so many documents missing and not up to date or not in order, MLC managed to organize it in a way which the home office was satisfied with all documents.
