I am not writing this review just because I had a good result off this firm. I am here because this firm means business in the very sense of the word. Throughout my journey and battle with the Home Office, this firm, especially Shermina Kamal stood by me and my family here. She is the epitome of resilience if you ask me. As well as very patient when it comes to dealing with situations where most people would lose patience, easily.
I would recommend this firm to anyone who is having immigration and settlement issues. My case was really complex and was dealt in a generic manner by many lawyers and Home Office itself. But MLC and especially Shermina made sure I got a fair and just decision. If I could, I would give this firm more than five stars any day, any moment of my life.

Would highly recommend MLC for any immigration situation you may find yourself in.
In particular Shermina. She has supported us through our journey, which let me tell you was very complex!! However this didn't stop her. Shermina fought our case right until the end and gave round the clock support whenever we needed it.

I had my wife's initial visa application done by MLC Immigration Lawyers and I have now done my wife's visa extension application with MLC. Mrs Shermina S Kamal was the person that handled the case both times and I must say she is very professional, easy to talk and her communication is excellent, with excellent phone call response and excellent email support.
Visa application has been granted both times she has helped step by step to get all paper work together for the application and provided good advice, Even during Covid-19 MLC Service has been top notch. MLC's fees are also very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to any body that needs a professional immigration lawyer that gets the job do with out any hassle. Where do I start...So I was looking for a good lawyer to apply for my ILR. I found a lawyer I had used previously, who was unresponsive. Would often ignore my queries, calls and messages for days and weeks. Gave me a lot of anxiety.
I decided to look for a different legal representative and googled top immigration lawyers in Manchester and came across MLC Immigration Lawyers. Hands down, these are the best guys out there! I couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone. I had Tahir representing me! He was amazing from start to finish! He really listened, gave me the reassurance when I felt anxious. MLC helped with the application of my spousal visa. Despite the fact that my visa at the time was about to run out, MLC was very willing to help with my case while talking to me about the possible options I've had.
Afterwards we started preparing for the application with our solicitor Mr Aleksander Bucholski, who had been very helpful and communicative, and worked patiently with us for over eight months, as our application was complicated by the impact of COVID-19. Despite this, he helped us throughout the process, informing us the options we might have with the changing situation at the time. It was very reassuring for us as we were not sure how we would proceed with the application with the impact of COVID-19. While we were not able to meet up in person afterwards, we were able to keep in touch with emails and telephone calls. It was especially helpful as Aleksander was very quick at replying to my queries via emails. Additionally, Aleksander helped us with the document preparation, as it could be very much in detail. Finally, I am able to hear that my visa application was successful, and very thankful for the help Aleksander has given me throughout.
Overall, I would definitely recommend MLC Immigration Lawyers, especially since I've been given superb service during the impact of COVID-19. They were able to give me guidance throughout the process with quick and easy communications.

One the most critical and best decision of my life was when I decided to go to MLC immigration lawyers and came across Mr. Zohaib Shahzad. I had previously messed up my visa in 2015. I was advised to go back to my home country and apply again for a new Visa based on my marriage with my wife who was British.
Me, my wife and our families were all worried as going back was a big step but I had faith in Zohaib bhai. He guided me on all documents in a very professional way. My wife engaged the services of MLC Immigration Lawyers to assist with her application to remain in the UK (she is a dual Thai / Australian Citizen and the mother of a British Citizen child). Her case was somewhat complex and from the outset the representatives at MLC explained why they felt she would be successful in her application (based on their previous experience of similar cases). I was impressed that they didn’t oversell us, they explained that nothing is guaranteed but that they wouldn’t take her case on if they didn’t believe there was a strong chance of a successful outcome. Thankfully that is what occurred and the whole process was handled professionally by all the MLC employees involved. I think the price for the service we paid was very reasonable/ fair and I would recommend this company to anyone needing assistance with a UK visa matter.

Alexander was in charge of my application to bring my fiancee to the UK, the application was a bit complicated and with the switch to the new way of submitting the paperwork (online) there were some issues with the accuracy of the system which made me feel worried when submitting the application (they asked for b1 English level while my fiancee sat the a1 test as mentioned on gov.uk website) however Alexander put me at ease and assured me that the application is perfect (can't imagine spending 6 weeks worrying about this issue while my application is being reviewed). this just one of the problems i faced and MLC was really helpful in dealing with it, and now my fiancee is here in the UK!!

MLC helped us with our spouse visa application. My husband and I met all of the requirements for a spouse visa so we were tempted to complete the application alone.
However, the guidance and advice we received from MLC was priceless as they helped us to get a positive answer fairly quickly. If we had not had MLC working on our case then there are certain documents we would not have submitted which were vital to the success of our application. They also prepared a very detailed and professional cover letter for us which outlined how we met all of the requirements.

From the initial consultation, I found Aleksander, our advisor, to be thorough, patient, passionate and totally competent. He was well seized of the law and he developed a very detailed knowledge of our complex case in a short time. He conducted all the necessary research and laid out our options and the attendant pitfalls.
