Sam agreed to show me the flat on a Saturday even though it wasn't a working day for him. He supported us really well through a reasonably complex sale and even emailed and texted responses in the evenings when it suited me best. And when it came to snagging on our new flat, he introduced us to the developer. It was all very refreshing and professional.

Moving is often difficult, however moving countries and changing jobs at short notice can be super stressful!. Daniella Waterman-Collins at CBRE was a true partner. She delivered! This move was without a high price international relocation agency - but she executed beyond expectation. Understood what I needed and found the right option on day 1. Jessica Penberthy was superb - by far the most diligent and astute of the agents we consulted in the process of finding a rental property in Covent Garden. She understood the brief immediately, offered properties that were exactly what we were looking for, was incredibly patient in terms of time taken at each property and re-visiting. You really felt you had a smart, thoughtful adviser on any issues we had with the suitability of the flats and how to mitigate any problems we saw. Her communications with the landlords were swift and spot on.
