In an environment of London flat letting where offices are busy and agents never call you back, CBRE was a point of clarity. My agent, Daniella, provided excellent, top notch service. She was friendly, very quick at answering emails, and offered great advice when flat viewing. During our 15 flat viewings, she made us feel very comfortable and genuinely cared to hear our feedback. I highly recommend CBRE, especially Daniella to anyone looking for a top notch flat in Covent Garden!

Sophie at CBRE has been an absolute pleasure to work with in my move to London.
It has been a challenging move for me, and Sophie has made what would otherwise be a stressful period so much more pleasant. With her professional and accommodating attitude and friendly personality I have felt very well looked after. Once I had decided to make an offer on my new home, everything was handled for me in a prompt and courteous manner.

Highly recommend! I have recently started looking for a place in central london and in rightmove it quickly became obvious CBRE had the best unfurnished flats selection in Covent Garden and SoHo. I got in touch with Sophie who was great in terms of understanding my very specific needs and proposing houses! She was super nice and very helpful at all times, making herself available even after hours when we had to conclude the negotiations quickly. Overall it was a great experience, definitely recommend and thanks again Sophie :)

I had rather specific wishes with regards to the location and the features the apartment should have. Sophie regularly scanned the offer on the market and pre-selected properties that were worth visiting. She prepared the visits very well. She listens and understand our requirements so only suggests properties that she think will work for us which saves us time! I was lucky enough to have Sophie Metcalfe and Jarryd help me secure my new apartment. It seemed almost next to impossible with most apartments already let in the building I was interested in. However, we were finally able to source one. Sophie helped me from the very first day in securing the apartment, negotiating with the landlord and advising me on how to proceed. She has been patient, kind and understanding, all of which is hard to find in someone as busy as her. No question was a silly one and she was available 24/7. This tenancy was a bit more complex than usual, but she was thorough in getting the paperwork done. I can’t recommend her enough - she is the perfect mix of an agent who is understanding and not pushy at the same time. She lets you make your own informed decision whilst giving advice whenever needed. I am still in touch with her well after my tenancy has begun and she has always been there to answer my queries.
