What a relief it was to find a London property expert like Adam who represented our interests rather than just pursuing his own. Enjoyed every minute I spent with Adam and his team. Took the hassle out of what could have been a very stressful task. Showed me 30 offices, serviced and leased. Not pushy, but patient and then negotiated for us in with our new landlord and out with our old. Couldnt recommend him enough and will miss our strolls through an empty London. Fantastic service, taking the time to understand our initial requirements and then narrowing the field down by closely observing what we really did and didn't like of the various offices we saw on our first multi-office-viewing 'field trip'.
They gave lots of detailed market intelligence and honest advice, understood the requirements and constraints of our small but fast-growing business, and at every office we visited asked the landlord/agent a barrage of questions to ensure we got as much information as possible. Also very refreshing that their service was provided with no pressure - never got the feeling that they wanted us to 'just pick something' so they could get a fee.
Pleasure to work with, delighted with the office they founds us, would definitely recommend, and they will be top of our supplier list when we look to move up to the next rung on the office space ladder!
