Horrible experience. Do not work with Sophie Gittins, extremely unprofessional. She signed us to flat and assured us that the bathroom would have been cleaned before we moved in. But she didn't notify us that the tile was actually ruined and wrote back to us saying "It's clean, it's not dirty, it's stained" and that they would be unwilling to replace it. Be careful before signing and trusting an agent!

I was searching to rent a flat In London through Internet while I’m oversees unable to be at site due to Covid.
I was lucky to fell on CBRE, which is very rich site with big number of flats at all levels and prices. I left a message to know about few flats then was contacted by Mr Ash who accompanied me in very professional manners during few weeks and was so nice and intelligent to understand my needs and guide me through few flats which were so close and matching what I was looking for.
He was always present for me and helped me in high professionalism to answer all my questions about the flat I liked most then he took me through all the procedures and complete all steps online in smooth way.

We were looking for a flat for our son who was going to university in London and we had contacted several London-based real estate agencies in May. CBRE was the most reliable one by far - our emails were answered quickly, our requests taken into consideration and our budget adhered to. Ash Wilmot was efficient and helpful - he managed to arrange several video viewings of the the flats we were interested in so we could narrow it down to a few. He then gave us information on the locations and made sure we were able to make a reasonable offer for the flat we wanted to lease.
