My friends and I recently worked with Sophie Gittins to find a place to live in Central London that was within our student budget. Sophie was extremely knowledgeable, highly responsive, and overall a wonderful agent to work with. Although we had many concerns regarding renting a property in the midst of a pandemic, Sophie dealt with them all in a calm, swift manner, going above and beyond what could reasonably be expected of an estate agent to ensure that all our needs were met. Overall, Sophie is an amazing agent and we cannot recommend her enough!

Amazing agency! I was mainly in contact with Ash who was SUPER helpful throughout the entire process! He asked me for details (budget, nr of rooms, location etc.) and got back to me with an email listing all of the properties that matched. Any queries I had re. each property was answered super quick and in a super clear manner so as to help me narrow down my options to find the property I liked the most. I am looking for an appartment in London for my second year in university. Last year I made a terrible mistake to work with Remax( Wayne was the name of the agent) the most unprofesional person I’ve probably ever met. He said our appartment was ready after paying the rent in that month for 14 days and inside the appartment, there was a visible repairment going on, which lasted in the end 2 months.
This year I decided to work with CBRE (Lavinia) who I find to be a very nice person. Easily understands what I want, answers very fast and very helpful. People like Lavinia help to raise the name of CBRE.

I was desperately looking for a flat to rent because my previous tenancy was going to end in a week. Then I found my current flat with CBRE residential. Jarryd, one of the best agents, responded my enquire to view the property in a short advance notice(which was normally rejected or discussed) quickly and professionally. Then Ash, another one of the best agents, companied me to view the property, answered all my questions nicely and professionally. As soon as I decided to rent the flat, both Ash and Jarryd helped me to prepare all the paperworks and set up my account, so that I could move in on the date I needed. Everything went smooth and well. I really appreciate their hard-work and professional attitude. Ash and Jarryd made everything much easier for me to rent. It was an amazing experience!

Very professional organization. We’ve experienced some other similar organizations before we met Ash. We were surprised. Ash was totally different: really helpful and very very! responsive. Even during bank holidays he answered our questions via WhatsApp. We were moving from the Netherlands to Londen. And managed to find our new home in the beginning of May 2020. Because of Covid/lockdown, we were unable to see our apartment before moving in. But Ash really did everything he could to make us feel comfortable. And we absolutely made the right choice.
