I know the owner for years every time i bring my work cars they do good job I don't understand where all the bad reviews came from ! they are very good of course sometimes we catch people on their off days. or people can seem hostile but a friendly work and nice speaking cheers people up

Some of these reviews are horrific! I have nothing but good experiences here... If you're nice and polite to them they're SUPER nice and polite to you! They even throw in some extras occasionally. Superb carwash.

Used this car wash a few times but they never seem to clean the car as it should be.Last time they used a greasy cloth to wipe the windscreen.Took me ages to clean off the smears.
If you use the car wash just check your wheels have been cleaned properly and take your own cloth to clean and dry the screen afterwards.

There is nothing to get excited about this car wash.It takes them roughly 10 minutes to do a basic car wash for £6.50 then goes up to whatever you want.
Staff is fairly rough and couldn't bother to please customers to do extra mile unless you nag on them.

Be careful guys!! My husband left me 5 minutes before to go there in the shopping and I left my son's tablet on tha back of the car, he picked me up and we arrived at home I was looking for the tablet and i didnt find it, we decided to come back there and ask... from the beginning the guy there told me.. we dindt take nothing there I explained him where exactly left it and I asked him if the have CCTV cameras and if he can show me and he only show me the camera of the left side when I told him that it was on the right side....... he tread us a liers very rude apart of this very poor service my car still dirty inside

Don't bother going here unless your car is already 100% spotlessly clean. They wanted to charge me £25 because 'it's dirty'. Err... yeah, that's why I'm bringing it to a car wash!!! Outside had only just been done 2 weeks ago, was hardly dirty at all and I'd spent 2hrs that morning hoovering it and cleaning the dash before I went because I've already experienced their appalling attitude. Yes, there was some dog hair left that my hoover wouldn't pick up but I explained that and told them a quick hoover was all I wanted. What they did do was of poor standard. Dreadful service.

£12 for a car wash and trys to push me to pay £15 for the gold to wipe windows, now today it started raining and my car windows seem to be smudged this has never happened before , RIP off I'm never going here again seems as though my windows were left like that intentionally I never had this issue till today this is why its best to wash car yourself

Worst car wash I have ever seen. The staff are very rude and terrible service, at the end you have to pay them 15£ !! they don't deserve a penny, the first and the last time. I will not recommend any one.

Be careful guys. This place provides rubbish service. Yesterday I went there and stupidly choose to pay £15 for full service inside out. Left the car’s key with them and returned back to open the car and found out that they didn’t even touch it from inside apart from hoovering th floor! I spoke with the manger there who asked one of his lazy staff to clean the car from inside. The guy seemed not happy with his job and just moves his hand left right centre without even looking if he is cleaning anything. Ultimately, had to clean my car myself. I thought to share my experience with you in order not to be in frustrated like me.

Shame to give them one star, too much of a compliment, rude and racists towards English.
Think management changed in recent months, last summer was charging £7 for small car hover and clean.
This time was quoted £10, when questioned the change in price, never been £7, even though paid this 4/5 times in the past.
Went to cash point as did not have £10, come back after quickly shopping at Tesco’s as well.
Pulled up and some Romanian dude, how was rude and racist towards UK resident. Said £15, when questioned the last guy said £10.
He said if you come back 2nd time it’s 50% increase, asked him to show me on price list where states this, he laughed at me said not my problem.
Staff management changed recently, there attitude sucks and if they was able to understand this review and read English I am not sure they would even care.
If you care for your car, your pride a joy don’t leave it with these Romanian cow boys, will probably scratch your car for been English.
If you are not happy in your job, leave your job. If you are not happy to deal with UK customers them go back to your country, plenty of people willing to work, this kind of racists price increasing attitude is wrong and should be illegal.
DO NOT USE UNLESS there are no more hand car washes/ songes left I’m the UK.

I am surprised to see that many bad reviews here. Had an emergency: smth leaked to my booth and stank like hell, could not even drive how bad it was. Called them before, they advised me what time to come to avoid a queue. Once I have come in, 4 people at once attended my car, took my booth apart, cleaned it all inside-out and carpets. Was super quick, nice smell. I would say all of those comments about them being not English is super racist and if guys are not asking how are you and not having a full convo, maybe it is because they don't speak english much and there to do their job, but that doesn't make them less professional cleaners.
The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars, i agree it is a bit pricy, had to pay £20 (that time i did not mind as had to get rid of this smell ASAP)
But i guess you pay for location as well, it is a busy Old Kent road and a lot s going on there.

WORST CAR WASH EVER... CHARGED £15 FOR IN & OUT. DASHBOARD WAS DUSTY, CARPET HARDLY CLEANDED, STAFFS ARE RUDE. I MADE THEM CLEAN IT AGAIN.
WONT BE GOING BACK THERE AGAIN,
DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE, TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I have used this car wash a few times and they have been OK. The last time I went there they knowingly broke my car keys and didn't fess up to the fact until I was forced to confront AND chase them to pay for it. Very poor and not to be trusted!!! I would not recommend.

The worst car wash ever. I gave them 15 pounds to wash my car in and out. I came back from my shopping it was parked and when l got inside, the car was almost as dirty as l gave it to them and the side mirror were not cleaned properly. I would honestly avoid this car wash. They don’t have any customer service
