Had a great experience with Washello - booked in for my car to be cleaned and was accidentally charged twice. James sorted out the double payment on the same day, paying me back the money I'd been incorrectly charged. Also, the wash on the car itself was also great! Sparkling clean and did a fantastic job. I'll definitely be using Washello again!

James was a pleasure to deal with from the outset. Arrived early. Wasn't phased by the fact that both cars were a mess because they hadn't been washed for a good six months (maybe longer). Took his time and didn't rush to get the job done. I can't get to the garage jet wash that I used to use, as it's in the ULEZ. Washello pricing is only a little more than the local hand car wash. Taking that into account as well as the fact that it uses less water AND eco products, it's a no brainer. Can't recommend James highly enough. He's a star.

Great service by this company. My car was very dirty due to it not being washed for weeks because of the lovkdown. It was cleaned inside and out immaculately by Washello (sorry forgot the guy's name!). I was very happy and impressed that he could do as good as (maybe even better) a job as my usual hand car wash garage! :-). I would definitely recommend to anyone and would use this company again! The cost of his services are also reasonable especially during covid-lockdown times.

I received an excellent mobile car wash.
The service is incredibly convenient as I didn't have to move my car.
James was very friendly and professional, and turned up bang on time.
He was also honest and trustworthy as some coins that he found under the seat have been left in the ashtray.
I had an inside & out clean + wax & tyres.
The car was very dirty to begin with and there are no traces of this left over.
Rubbish was also removed from the interior.
There are no scratches whatsoever.
The car is now clean and shiny - like new.
I will be using this service again.
I highly recommend it.

Fantastic service. We have a very big family car that hasn't been cleaned since well before the lockdown. Booked it online, a really nice guy tipped up on a moped with everything he needed, bang on time, and left an hour and 20 minutes later leaving it absolutely spotless. Will definitely use them again. Delighted.

Contacted Washello and they responded straight away and said they could clean the car a couple of hours later that day. James arrived and after 30 minutes said it was getting to dark to do a proper job so returned 8am the next day to complete the job. Thorough job both inside and out and good value for money compared to larger corporates. Highly recommended.

The best car wash I've ever used - AND it comes to your doorstep. Great service every time, and brought special products to remove some corrosive marks from my car's bumper and body after noticing it on a wash. Would hate to have to use any other car wash.

Apologies, I confused this location with my local Asda wash services, which advertes at 2.99, but you end up paying upto £20 to just have machines splash water on your car.
This is a different service, I've been made to understand. I will consider using your services in the near future.
