The philipino lady was Super Rude,,,She was on the personal phone call, talking on her own language & totally ignored us.
Then she said go to another WU .We we’re simply trying to send some money to US.
I asked for her name so I can complain about her service , but she refused to give her name.
I ask for her Manager she said she’s the manager. I asked where’s another WU she said I’m not telling you check your phone
To WU let her go on the spot she’s giving the company a very bad name.

I used Western Union for a long time, all was great. Only one problem high commissions, last month I discovered a cheaper way they even give you + 12 euro bonus for the first transfer google Transfergo and use BONUS CODE - rRZ2Ed
