Alder vets are always a great team. We have used them for many years. Covid guidelines were sent in advance of the visit. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional staff. We can thoroughly recommend them.

Sad occasion as we lost our family dog, but all the staff were superb in their dealings with us. Genuine empathy and desire to do what was best for the dog. Even sent a sympathy card afterwards signed by all the staff which was a lovely touch.

Good vets, used for 25 years. Bit more commercial since Mr Alder retired. Don't expect to see the same vet over several years as they have a fairly high staff turnover but recruitment seems to work as it's always good quality vets gaining experience before moving on. Never had any issues with them.

Totally disrespectful. I'm medically exempt from wearing a mask and wear my sunflower lanyard, which they totally ignored and bullied me. Not DDA compliant either. I refused to be so treated and have arranged to see another more polite and understanding vet.

This is difficult. Jo and Mel are great vets and the staff have been excellent in the past.
But their handling of the covid19 situation and the lack of proper care being given is not reasonably substantiated against the risk, especially now in June.
Still a mile better than Stocton vets at least.
