Small World FS – Head Office London

This company is a fraud! My ID WAS USED FRAUDULENTLY 5 times TO SEND OTHER PEOPLE’S MONEY. I sent over 50 emails for explanation, waited over 4 months no explanation received. If you are registered with this small world money transfer company ask them for you last 10 transactions then you will see what I am taking about! I have sent you my details more then 50 times by email waited over 4 months don’t act your innocent your not your company is a fraud!

**Please AVOID** **Unnecessarily holds clients money** I had the great misfortune of using their service to transfer money to my sick relative. Not only have they not sent the money but each time I call up to enquire I am spoken to in an appalling manner. I was transferred to their advisor Alfred Onwuzulike who not only refused to help but reprimanded me for calling him!!! I have since contacted HMRC and have reported them for money laundering

Appalling service, rude staff that are deliberately unhelpful. Money not paid out and refusing to refund. Avoid.

I sent money since yesterday and still under review. I have been ringing since 9am continuously and non of them is picking up. I only used them because of their rate which I have also introduced to people I know but don't think they are professional as they don't pick call. I might stop using them as well as those I have told about them. The purpose of sending the money is to support a family member who is ill in the hospital and because the funds has not gone through to enable them pay some hospital deposit, the hospital has now refused to commence treatment and I have been calling, calling and calling only for them to drop the call after 15mins of wasted time. They are building their unprofessional reputation already.

DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY TRANSFERRED. YOU WILL REGRET AND WASTE YOUR TIME NORMALLY 7 DAYS TO PAY OR NEVER. do not use them i use them 2 times and every time its trouble. very bad service customer service is rude. they kept asking me for documents which were not even related to them i think there customer service is some where in india and they all steal your data because i dont understand why they need so much paper work, and there 1 hour transfer is a lie as well it takes at least 3 days if every thing is ok. i am sure their employees are stealing personal data other wise why they need to know so much about there customers(there was a data breach on this site and ask me change password which i find out later). i believe bank statement proof of earning and proof of id is enough as all other companies ask for these but these dodgy ppl wants every bit about your life. THEY WANT CURRENT AND PREVOUS ADDRESS YOUR BANK YOUR ID YOUR PAYSLIPS EVEN IF YOU RECEIVED A ONE TIME SMALL PAYMENT FROM SOMEONE LIKE IN MY CASE I SOLD MY MOBILE PHONE RECEIVED MONEY VIA PAYPAL 600 POUNDS AND THEY WANT CONTRACT OF SALE OF IT AND ONE TIME SMALL PAYMENT FROM MY INSURANCE. AT THE END OF TRANSACTION THEY WILL HAVE EVERY THING ABOUT YOU AND ITS MATTER OF TIME WHEN SOMEONE FROM THEIR COMPANY USE YOUR DATA TO CLEAN YOUR BANK THATS WHAT I BELIEVE. stay away if you really want other side to receive money on time or even receive at all. UPDATE: AFTER THIS REVIEW NOW THEY WANT ME TO HAND WRITTEN REFUND REQUEST EVEN THEY KNOW WHERE TO REFUND THE MONEY THEY HAVE MY ACCOUNT AND SOURCE OF PAYMENT. REALLY ARMATURES ARE WORKING AND MAKING ME TO REGRET ABOUT THIS REVIEW. STAY AWAY THEY ARE WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND EFFORTS.

Avoid - money don't delivered and not returned back to my account. Join the company to send money to Cameroon. They happily accepted the money, but next day when the money should have been delivered I just got email from no-reply email, that they cancelled the transaction. I called them to find out what was wrong. The call centre answer was that they don't discuss with client why they cancelled the transaction. (Apparently it is in small print - who read it?) When I pressed them they said only central office know, so I wanted to be put through to them. At that point the call dropped. Now I don't have the money and they are keeping them!

This is the worst company to send money, do yourself a favor and avoid problems by sending money through this company. Mr. for what? If you do not answer the customer service telephone and you will answer an email! I have tried to speak directly with the manager but he is never magically available.

I have been calling for over 12 hours straight and no one has picked up. Transfer is still under review. No one picking up

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE!!!!! I have had a very difficult two weeks trying to send money with this company. They request quite a lot of highly confidential data from you and never explain why. I have been trying to send money to Venezuela unsuccessfully. I started a transaction and paid the money but they have cancelled it. They now have my money and would not send it Venezuela!!! it's been a nightmare trying to request a refund now. AVOID this company at all costs!!!

I can highly recommend this firm - excellent exchange rates were what attracted me at first and I have done a lot of business with them since and been very happy with the service provided.

I send money back to the States with these guys and when it works it goes well and when it doesn't it is a really bad experience we client services.

Sent money to friends in India today - money was in their account in minutes. Easy process with no issues

funds were not available on same day and even next day. Requested a refund and that was a nightmare too. Not a good experience.

Son pésimos !!!!Estafadores en Inglaterra la oficina de Se 1 7hb 12 salamanca ...no cumplen con las transacciones pactadas ,son estafadores no serios llaman al cliente con excusas para cobrar más de lo que es diciendo que el cambio a oscilado y bajado creyendo que somos ignorantes .El cualquier parte del mundo si cierra un patas un acuerdo a una hora exacta la negociaciónoche se concreta al esa hora pero como no hay personal calificado pasa lo que pasa estafan a unos y a otros pero a mi no porque les voy cerrar el chiringuito.
