One of the best places in Poole for eating out with family & friends. Very friendly & helpful staff. Also they have one of the biggest gluten-free selection of meals & puddings, like this one "Double Chocolate Hot Pudding serving with choice of warm custard or vanilla ice-cream". I couldn't decide, so they bring both for me ????????

Turned up with no booking at 2.45pm on a Sunday. Greated straight away by a friendly lady.
Although very busy seated us without any problem. Food was served very quickly and we where very happy with the Sunday roast. We will definitely return again.

Had a very lovely evening at The Bear Cross pub tonight for my fathers 80th Birthday. The food and service was great but made extra special by Martin our waiter who was attentive, fun and professional.
Would definitely recommend.

You get the whole package here, warm and friendly staff, great choice of foods, catering for various dietary needs. The food is amazing and reasonably priced too. Wheelchair access is a little tight and the door is quite heavy, but you can get in.

Ask for the Vegan menu - you get a choice from 2 starters, 4 mains and 3 desserts. Very filling main course. Don't have lunch too near to an evening meal here. Excellent service.

A fantastic roast beef sunday lunch. We found this gem by chance driving past looking for somewhere to eat. All the staff were attentive n helpful but the real star is the food everything was superb - would certainly recommend.
