Very terrible costumer service Their sales team needs a sales team. I was the only costumer their I spent 30 minutes in their lot looking for cars and no one came up to me to ask what I’m looking for. I walked inside where one salesman setting on his computer who didn’t bother to greet me, I asked him if they have any astra with auto transmission he only said no, Didn’t bother to say anything else. Are they in business to sell cars or to be excessively rude to costumers If this is how they treat costumer looking to buy a car how would they service my car!!!!!!!!!!

I had a service issue with my vehicle. I have used Archie Moss for many years and was a little frustrated. I contacted Louis through this page and the response I received was second to none. Although my issue did not relate to his department directly he took all of the measures needed to ensure that my problem was dealt with without delay. It restores my faith in customer relations that employees respond to messages out of hours and ensure that a satisfactory resolve is met.

Not good service. Don't take your car here. They don't do the work, but still charge you. Took my car for service, work not done, on taking it back, they did the service again, and the mechanic was sacked. A second service, the following year, they let me have the car back with air in the brake system, and handbrake sticking on rear brake. On taking it back, the workshop foreman rectified both items, and apologized for sending car out with faults.

I recently sent my van into this dealership for a service, on arrival I mentioned that there was a squeak coming from the rear of my van and I wasn’t sure if it was brake related.... I got the call to say my van had finished it’s service and was ready to collect, the person on the service desk had said they changed my front brakes and didn’t mention anything about my rear brakes, a few days later whilst travelling to a job my brakes made a horrible noise and felt unresponsive so I called my lease company who advised I should not drive the van and I should have it recovered, The AA recovered my van to my local Vauxhall garage in Northampton to where I was told my rear brakes where metal on metal, something I cannot see due to the van having twin wheels at the back. On my service paperwork Archie Moss Vauxhall’s had ticked a box saying my rear brakes where checked and all was fine! Clearly not... this is very unsafe and very unprofessional and could have had very bad consiquences. So avoid this dealership at all costs........... after reporting the dealer through my company I still have received no apologies to this issue and I will refuse to have my vehicle sent here again.

Bought a Mazda 6 about 3 months ago, Had 5 safety recalls before I owned it, which I only found just out when I got a letter about a new one and the mechanic told me it was now 6. Within 6 weeks needed an oil filter and new oil as it had degraded massively and was ruining the engine. Obviously nothing was done before selling the car. But they did do free delivery for about 200 miles, but I wish I never bought this car.

If you would like to buy a car from this salon, check this car in another dealer. I did not do it and it turned out I bought a damaged car. The manager said nothing could be done more. Be very careful when buying used car from this salon

Absolutely flawless from start to finish. The staff here were incredibly attentive, made myself and my partner feel very welcome and tended to our every need. We were supported throughout our entire journey with ArchieMoss. Nothing was too much. Five stars does not do justice our experience with this company. Every effort was made to assist and enable us on our venture for a new car, time was not a concern. The service was efficient, reliable and personalised. Terrible service by this garage, it took them two days to replace a battery and call me to tell me about the problems. Then they had to start actually dealing with the issue' with the Car. They never managed to resolve the problem. I then called an independent garage and they highlighted the problem immediately. I was left with the impression they dont care about customer service and they are incapable or dealing with any type of complex problem with the car.

Staff helpful over the phone, but service staff were disappointing. Checked car for issue with tail lights not illuminating. They proved it was due to issue with installed DRL front bulb replacements by installing standard DRL bulbs. Then return the car to fault state for me to drive away. Not option offered to buy the bulbs they had installed to test. Now I have to repeat their work to fix the issue they identifed and had to drive away in an unsafe car. Shocking... Had rated them much higher prior to this... Very disappointing...
