Used this company for MOT and Full Service and I couldn't recommend Duke Street Motors more. There staff were amazing! I chose them as they had a good name for themselves around Loughborough and they exceed that expectation. Will 100% return for further car repairs. 10/10!!

My car refused to start and had to call the RAC who recommended Duke Street Motors. Spoke to Trev who as promised kept me updated with the progress including sending photos of the faulty part. They fixed the car within hours including taking care of all the warranty red tape. Not only did they provide a courtesy car but stayed open for an extra 35 minutes so we could collect our repaired car. I would definitely use them again.

Absolute excellent lads to deal with. Had an electrical problem with Saab 93. Trev and Dan were incredibly helpful in getting me mobile again. Most highly recommended and professional and most reasonable to deal with.
If you want service repair, or anything to do with your motor , these are the people to go to.

I’m a long time user of this garage ... and the one selling point I would say is trustworthy, they don’t do gimmicks half price this or special offers that .. they just fix what’s broke NO OVERCHARGING NO UPSELLING they give me the peace of mind that I only pay for what I need to and nothing more..
Yes you can find cheaper and yes like every company they may have the odd problem ... but long term peace of mind and value for money ... Second to none.. 100% recommendation

This is an RAC approved garage. My car was brought to this garage after a breakdown. They were fantastic and had my car road worthy again after only a couple of hours. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and I felt reassured my car was in safe hands. I will be using them again in future and highly recommend to anyone worried about getting ripped off as their prices are fair. There’s a person that does remaps on cars in this garage.
I gave my car in to get the dpf removed and remapped. The person told me that he will remap the car next week. I went to this place and nobody answered and it was closed. I then received a message saying he couldn’t make it. A few weeks later after pestering him he told me he doesn’t have the remapping tools and they’re on order. Since then he hasn’t messaged or rang me. That’s a very poor service as I paid in full!!! Not acceptable at all

Really good customer service came out within half an hour to fix my locked rear breaks. Had to take the car away with them to clean the drum etc, and bought it back the same day. Cannot fault them at all as the also accepted my late payment as I couldn't get the money together in time. Thank you Duke Street Motors

This is by far the best garage I've ever used. Over the years they've done basic repairs and checks for free a couple times! (When unblocking screen wash pipe and draining oil I'd overfilled a little). Always professional and keep you informed, take time to explain things when asked. Can usually fit me in within a couple days. They're honest and trustworthy. Prices are reasonable, sometimes cheaper than expected. I've never felt overcharged.
I'd recommend them again and again.
