Friendly informative staff. Had a lovely chat with the lady at checkout and the staff were very patient with my one year old throwing banana and water all over the floor. I am enjoying the clothes too, they are even nicer on than on the hanger!

Supposed to be social distancing. Yet people a queuing down the isles, making social distancing impossible, with other people shopping.

Went in for my standard salad lunch no salad. Ladies on salad bar seen we walking around food Togo section could not decide what to have and was not happy at no salad while I was walking around undecided they had prepped salad for me while I had not asked them to as I could see they were busy. Rock stars!! Great service

Decent size store with variety of range on offer. Due to x-mas month all the aisles were blocked up with stock pallets ready for replenishment. Staff was very helpful.

Having been into Morrisons 3 times over the last couple of weeks it is clear that they care more about their profits than they do about the welfare of their customers.
Firstly there is no one monitoring the entrance as you walk In, so people are walking in in couples.families, they are also not being challenged on wearing a face covering and advised to use the hand sanitiser when entering ( it doesn’t help that the sanitiser station is located outside the door several meters away from the entrance.
Secondly the shop is far too crowded at times, which makes it impossible to maintain any form of social distance and makes the shopping experience very uncomfortable.
Having parents over the age of 65 and other older relatives I would not advise them to use Morrisons at all.

I went to morrisons at coalville today & it was like a family day out. What has happened to the covid restrictions There was obviously too many people in the store as there were no trolleys or baskets available & I thought you were supposed to be shopping alone where possible. There were more large families than single shoppers It was terrible & definitely no chance of social distancing. No wonder the covid cases are not coming down in NWL Come on morrisons follow the other large supermarkets & do your bit !!!!!

I love Morrison’s, however, when I shopped there today the trolley wipe containers were empty of paper rolls, just a small kitchen roll was on the side. A member of staff should be tasked with making sure that all precautionary measures are kept up to date at all times.

I wasn't happy shopping at Morrisons tonight, I asked very politely for a assistant to check a price on an item for me, which he did. At the time he was pricing some items for reduction, I took 2 of the items and waited for another 2 items to be reduced. When he had finished the price reduction, I reached over and took the 2 items. He rudely asked me to keep my distance, I told him I was wearing a mask, he ridley replied, that doesn't matter and yet again asked me to keep my distance. I wasn't the only person waiting for the items, he asked me, would I like to speak to a manager, which I declined. I'm very dissapointed as felt very intimidated by the young boy how he spoke to me

Absolute shambles of a shop. Layout is appalling. Promotions scattered across the shop floor, it's more like an obstacle course than a supermarket. Self serve machines never seem to scan stuff, and then when you need assistance from an actual human, the human is generally not paying attention so you're stood there waiting for assistance forever.
