Called into the store, cake counter ( birthday cakes for workmates) on asking for all cakes that were left and added some of the boxed ones also, the girl serving myself went for assistance from another member of staff(party planner) who in turn went outside the store to fetch me a trolley.
Staff so organised- I asked if they would join me at work in morning as I would need help giving out these cakes and having the party in works canteen
We had a laugh and can I say what a pleasure to have been served by such nice staff.

Social distancing no existence only outside an at tills eleven still people do as they please staff seem unable to tell people to keep a distance. Both aldi and lidl don't seem to have a problem with THIS. Hope they can sort them self's out as when a member of staff does this it works a lot better than doing it yourself as arguments offen occur when self policing

A good choice of food, the cooked breakfasts are cooked well and good value for money.
My only gripe although you self serve tea coffee you only get one drink for a set price..come on you should have free refills for the actual cost price to Morrison's the likes of Wetherspoons with unlimited refills should be the standard of today.

Like the coalville store well stocked but what I dident like is everyone queuing in the one aisle to be served at checkout felt enclosed as the aisle was full off people done like the one-way system

Shocking experience today, our local Morrisons swamped with people, security outside does nothing, letting everyone in. They used to spray each trolley handle for each customer, not anymore. No masks or gloves, spent 40 minutes in the queue to the till with people shoving past inches away. Shop assistants standing yapping to each other, no recommended distance either, what the hell is going on Coalville??

Tacky store...past its best despite a revamp a year or so ago. Staff excellent. Wish I'd bought shares in the red cone product company...many used to guide you through the slippery floors on too many occasions!

Waited 10 minutes at the fish counter, no staff. Got customer services to call someone to serve. They had a problem because the whole salmon didn't have a number they could scan. Eventually after using a code from a similar priced item the fish was weighed and priced. 20 minutes to buy a fish! Their fish may be very good but service is terrible.
