Went in today for help with a new smartwatch The young man was clearly disinterested He looked at my watch & said there's no app for that It was only a messaging app but on the 1s in store it was clearly on the other watches His response was Oh well they might put 1 there in an update I truly felt as though I was being a nuisance I'm sad to say my watch has now been returned to Samsung

Not happy with Samsung Store Cardiff Samsung Mobile as I was due to pick up the new Samsung Galaxy S7 today. As a preorder it was released 3 days early. That was the promise in BIG BOLD WRITING to entice customers to preorder. Now found out that its not arrived. How can a Samsung product not be in stock in its own store in a city centre. I was in store on Saturday and they confirmed 9.30 am. TWICE. Yesterday they said today at 2pm. Now its tomorrow. Hmmm, my first experience with them and it may be my last. They are passing on the blame to the courier. This is a cheap excuse as they should have been dispatched in good time, to ensure that they meet the customers expectations. Blaming the courier is lame.

I must say the shop staff were very apologetic, however I rang Samsung UK last week Ref my S9 phone not fast charging, this is where they got everything wrong, they told me to pop along to the Samsung shop Queens St Cardiff as they have a drop in repair centre there, no appointments needed only get there early as its first come first served, so I got there at 0900hrs first one in, to be asked do you have an appointment, I explained to the member of staff what I was told by Samsung, he then said that procedure changed about 6 months ago, and have told Samsung on several occasions, needless to say a wasted trip to Cardiff, so I've booked an appointment for next Saturday.

Not sure if I can add less than one star, I had the worst experience there from staff except (although I am Samsung care +) for one staff member G who sorted my problem after 3 or 4 months to replace the screen.
