Yravelled from Port Talbot to this store with a problem with my phone. They tested it and could not find a fault Left store unsatisfied. Sent the same phone to samsung HQ. It was retuned a week later with the fault repaired. (Battery not charging charger replaced). Thanks Cardiff!!!!!!

Went into the store, after dropping and smashing my brand new S8. They fixed it quickly and the member of staff who helped me was wonderful. She found the best possible fix for my phone and I left very happy

Terrible service took my phone for over 4 days to fix a screen burn issue and did not even tell me that it would be longer then the time that was quoted to me. They do not answer the store phone and have no voicemail or call back service. Staff also have a do not care attitude.

Don't bother ringing the store. All I want to know is if my daughter can pick my phone up on my behalf, and in the last hour we've recalled 39 times! It often it goes straight to message so clearly in use and external calls being ignored. This is going to cause me great inconvenience. Very poor customer service.

Absoulty shocked from this store in Cardiff. I have bn trying to speak to member of staff for over a week. Store opening times from 9.30, only to be told due to high demand thier staff unable to busy to take any calls! Really every day at 9.30 customers waiting at door to open. I really do hope the store manager is able go view this. Please do not insult me & reply for me to try another time as this has already been done. Reading other reviews I'm not the only customer that has experienced this issue. .

At first, the service was good and the member of staff who served me the Samsung wireless charger was helpful and friendly. However, when I purchased this charger it was at the advice of this member of staff which later I found to be ill informed indicating a lack of knowledge of the stores products. I visited the store to find a charger for my Samsung S6. I was going to purchase what I assumed was the standard £24 or £25.99 charger, which I think is overpriced especially when the charger which came free when I bought my phone broke after a couple of weeks. However, I was led to believe the wireless charger was more reliable and it's function of charging your phone wirelessly is of course jaw dropping. It was priced at £39.99 which I thought was fair until I unpacked it at home to find it was only the wireless base and no USB or charger was included. I don't know if I was misled due to the proverbial salesmanship, or if the sales assistant was simply nice but wasn't too knowledgeable about the product. Either way I ended up having to purchase the standard charger, but was given the deal of buy two get one free. So I got a phone case. I wish I could be the guy who simply left it go, but I still can't help feeling it was due to salesmanship I ended up cashing out another £24 to £25 because there was really nothing they could do in the way of compensation. Lets not beat around the bush about your sale targets. You need to make money. But if you want loyal customers who think of you whenever they need something, making them think they've been cheated isnt a great way to do it. Sorry, but I left the store feeling robbed with a smile on the cashiers face.

Been in 3 times to discuss an issue with my Note4, spoke to 3 different people and got 3 different answers. Basic query - is the battery free or a cost. 1st time the test showed the battery was duff and it was a known issue. 15 months old phone going into a loop of restart at 30% charge. 'We've none in stock but the are on order. Battery is free'. 2nd time, Ah, the batters is only free if you book it in for a full assessment and service. At that point it was not convenient to be without the phone (is it ever?). 3rd time. 'No, the battery is a £30 cost. But, your main board is faulty which we can fix for free.' Arrgghhhhh. This is my 4th Samsung device of which 3 needed a new main board!! A very frustrating experience, the staff all talk at you very quickly like you are supposed to know exactly what they are talking about. If there was ANY other option I would go elsewhere. Can I rate zero stars? Ah, no. Shame.

I would just like to say a big thank you to staff and management at this store ive had a samsung phone since i can remember had a problem with my s7 edge they done a diagnostics check on the phone main board broke as samsung gives a 2 year warranty it was covered and got upgraded to a s8 amazing service and will be staying with samsung for a very long time again thank to the staff so friendly and helpfull

went into store for a query about my phone battery needing to be charged at least twice a day, and its only 6 mths old. staff were amazing. said I would probably need a new battery which I thought was rather expensive. But they said they would check my phone if I left it with them for an hour. when I got back they had looked through my phone and cleaned a magor app that draining my battery that I could not uninstall. my phone is now fab again. 5 star service from these guys. and a huge thank you to the young lady who I was told had only worked there for 2 days . she was awesome.

Very poor service from this store and their repair center. I took my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) in for repair as the screen wasn't working. (under warranty). They send it off to their repair center, and I was expecting it back within 2 weeks. In the second week, the tablet was returned to the store, un-repaired, as the store had made a typing error (one character out) when entering the serial number into their system. So instead of the repair center calling the store to check they had the correct tablet, they just sent it back without repairing it. If this is the Samsung Experience, perhaps it might be time to try Apple instead. A very poor service by Carphone Warehouse, letting down the Samsung name !
