At the Samsung store I've never had any problems with staff but visited today for a querie about screen repair, and there was one member of staff on the shop floor and I walked up to him but stood aside as he was speaking to another customer but as he walked away I said 'excuse me' for help and he said 'two seconds' so I thought maybe he's just in the middle of helping that customer but he went to a group of people looking at the phones and asked them if they needed any help clearly hadn't even spoken to them but just dismissed me completely, after seeing to the customers and that they didn't need his help he just stood there none of them speaking so I asked if he was busy, the entire time I was being polite and patient and he looked at me and said 'yeah kinda' bluntly but continued to look at me as if waiting for me to speak as if he didn't just tell me he's busy I went on the explain how I wanted to know the price of a screen replacement gave him the model name and he bluntly said 'two nineteen' that's it that's all I got from him absolutely terrible customer service and no help at all he was clearly more interested in the people looking to buy a phone than he was with me even though I wanted to get my phone replaced then and there and had to money just like those other customers absolutely disgusting completely ruined my mood I was nothing but nice approaching this gentleman but got nothing nice back

Bas services. Gave me the wrong answer about product resulting in buying the wrong one. I could not return the product because I trusted them and open the box without any doubt. The box and the product are still in the same condition when I bought it. BUT they don't accept it.

Staff friendly and helpful no complaints there . However the reason I visited the store was to have my faulty phone looked at in store by online support . Having confirmed that it was a warranty issue , I was told to make an appointment for a repair . Couldn't leave the phone there so another 50 mile round trip coupled with Cardiff's excessive parking charges . Get a grip Samsung ????

Recently had reason to visit this shop because of a problem with my mobile which., as it happened turned into several smaller problems necessitating a complete replacement of the main board. this was investigated by a very polite and knowledgeable young bloke and repaired by him the following day. A superb service carried out by really helpful staff.Top marks I would go there any time Thank you.

Very dark and gloomy store. Phones are attached by security locks and you are unable to hold them in hand, use the cam or even check the color. Most of sales assistant have very little information about Samsung phones.

Tried to sell my girlfriend a tablet above the advertised price shown in-store and online. When I confronted them about the issue they argued that the price had changed as it was sold to her. After expressing my concerns they luckily refunded her the difference. This would have all been ok if I hadn't have heard one of the store assistants sell the same tablet to another couple for the discounted and advertised price. Even if this wasn't a malicious action, it sounded like they deliberately increased the price just for my girlfriend and I was left with an incredibly sour taste in my mouth.

Some staff are knowledgeable but unfortunately, they are let down by poor policies and company processes preventing them from providing a good service, other staff are lazy and arrogant which is a shame to those trying to help. Waiting times in store are far too long even with just 5 or six people in the store. They rarely answer the phone and refuse to submit electronic repair estimates to support insurance claims despite providing an unofficial estimate over the phone that is the same as the paper estimate you have to receive in store with the caveat that it's only an estimate and the final cost may differ. From other views on here it seems as though management refuse to accept the reality of the situation and I’m sure their comments will reflect this.

Absolutely rude staff including the manger. They provide inaccurate and contradictory information to Samsung's own website regarding products and repair service. They offer you trade in offer and ask your mobile to check how much it worth. Then they connect to their system USB and ask you to enter password. Then you don't know what are they doing to your mobile phone and data because their screens are hidden from customers. My local London store is completely opposite to this store. Perhaps manager and team here need to learn from London stores.
