PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I beg you not to download this app or use their service. We have been trying to give them one chance after the other for over 4 months now and this simply doesn't work. We have booked at least 6 times in 4 months and there hasn't been ONE single time we haven't had an issue. They keep saying they're working on it but unfortunately it doesn't seem to be true. Go to another app!

Scam stay away! This company has failed to provide a car in three separate occasions. They charge you and it is hell to get money back. Last time they let me book a car that was not there and could not swap me to any other car (note there were 3 other cars in the lot and one further in Merchants walk). 4 cars out of commission and they seem not to care to put them back working.

Bookings are always cancelled last minute, cars are always dirty. Only good things are no petrol required and no congestion charge.

If i had the choice i would give 0 star!!!
WARNING!!!!!
lets begin with how they charge me £1.75 extra each time i book with them and they accused me of "bringing the car late" which is never the case. Even if i was late once or twice how are they charging me £1.75 each time i book car with them regardless of me being late or not!!!
For those who are planning to hire car from them just be CAREFUL as you will realise that you are getting ripped off therefore, STAY AWAYYYY FROM THIS CAR CLUB!!!
