Good store. Still very busy even one hour before close. The homesense bit had nothing I was looking for sadly. Found some great clothing purchases. The highlight was the very helpful young lady in the shoe department who helped my girlfriend find some boots where one was missing. Great customer service!

Good value for money on a range of products from clothing, through gifts to household items.
In terms of size this one is a bit smaller then average tk I am guessing due to village/out of town location.
Parking is available but very limited especially at a peak hours and weekends.

This is a really good out of town store, it's huge and holds alot of stock and different departments. The home sense store is really big. It's also good for skincare and makeup.

Social distancing applied and encouraged. Only issue and this is with all clothes shops and i dont get it is you can not try clothes on? You can put your hands on every garment in store, you can buy, take home then return. But you cannot try on inshore.

Have been here before but today's visit was a low: shelves half empty, the floor dirty and covered in rubbish. We walked straight back out and all furniture on display was scuffed and dirty. Avoid.

Lovely place; lots of bargains to be found if you're patient. Homesense is upstairs and easily accessible. Far prefer the Thurmaston branch to the city centre branch as well even though it's smaller (or perhaps because its smaller?!)

Love this place! Tk Maxx is simply the best! You can find so many little gems in there, popular brand names at a discounted price and even a range of food items. Now they've partnered with Homesense the range of items on offer are even better!

Nice store. Just a shame the Home Sense manager that I seen today lacks business acumen and looks at her customers as being below her. A £350 sale today lost because of her poor attitude. Sorry to say but the people below her deserve a pay rise because she is a poor example of a manageress. This was not because I didn't get the £20 off which was more than a reasonable offer and whether it's John Lewis or home bargains no one looks at you like filth because of it. The funniest thing was she was trying to convince me a footstool which was clearly damaged was perfect. I'm sorry but I would be reviewing her performance as manager if I was in a position too because she is chasing away customers. The first rule whether you are given a senior title or not is good customer service and from my experience today was far from it. Sorry if she is reading this, in all honestly it is a true and remarkable perception from a customer's point of view.

Bought some usually very wxpensive furniture form here for ridiculously cheap prices and stock rotation is good. You can go one weekend and next weekend something different which keeps my wife happy but my wallet very sad! Great selection of mirrors and artwork. Side tables, chairs and even designer dkny curtains. All very cheap prices!

Home sense is an alladins cave. Lots of amazing pieces and at great prices. I seem to find something I never knew I needed every time I visit to the dismay of my partner! Customer service is great too very eager to help.

Always get a bargain here...lots of variety.
The only negative are the price stickers!!grrrr....always hard to pull off! I bought a present for Christmas today and tried getting the sticker off and basically it looks awful and has torn some of the surface off the box.

Store manager Lee Emmonds (who told me his name when asked) was very disrespectful, patronising, poor customer service. Kept on saying he was “the store manager” and his word was final. Bought 24 glasses RCR brand (advertised chip resistant, dishwasher safe) all of which have either chipped cracked or the bottom of the glass has come away. I tried to explain I have refurbed my whole home with TK maxx /Homsense. This is the first item I have bought back to complain about, rather than advising me of how he could help, he just was not listening! We were very patient and tried to explain we would like to resolve the matter and unluckily my children had not been hurt by the cups, poor customer service, coming from a business owners perspective I have never come across such bad service ever. He was very rude in approaching the matter, when asked how we can resolve the matter he told us to go head office when asked how we can get in touch with them he told us to look for ourselves. Being a busy period at the store (christmas shoppers) he was very loud and made sure that everyone was listening in. He also lost his temper with us and said “dont tell me what I should be able to do” he also claimed that i did not know how to use the glass cups, he went on to mention he has glass cups at home and they dont chip. ????
And for the staff that claim the box didn’t show chip resistant i have photo evidence which the review will not allow me to upload. I feel the lady that served me at the desk has exploited my privacy rights after this review she has shared information with other members with regards to a lady i know that works at tk maxx and has gone on to share my information which i will now be taking the matter further to head office.
