Fast track counter wasn't manned... 4min wait later, and I got served and my order wasn't quite ready. Only took a min after that so not too bad at all. A good experience and service overall. Some room for improvement however.

Staff manning ques outside, chopping and changing which que you need to wait in, extremely confusing for shoppers. Was made to leave the que for Argos inside and join the que for a second time outside, despite no clear instructions for which que you need to be in.

Great customer service. Was in the store waiting to collect my item when a customer started to make a scene at the checkout.
Throughout the entire episode, despite huge provocation, the store manageress remained polite and professional throughout. Irrespective off be aggressive customer the manageress attempted to calm the situation and deal with the situation politely and professionally.
Great team of staff in the store who are welcoming and professional.

Convenient... gr8 when you have the option to buy now pay later, makes shopping easier by paying monthly installments. Though some items can be priced slightly higher wen compared with others. Overall yes I can give it four stars????

It's a supermarket ... great car park, the spaces have a marked zone between them so the local SUV drivers can squeeze in without blocking you in. Being Sainsbury's the food is good quality if a little pricier than average.
I only go there to collect my eBay purchases!

What a fantastic idea Sainsburys combining argos with it's stores as they own both so it was inevitable to happen but what a fantastic idea. Simple and quick ordered at home and collected all within 15 minutes the quick desk is exactly that. I showed the member of staff my order number seconds later it was there in front of me, what a brilliant service to have whilst I go shopping hopefully now they can get rid of all the aisles full of stuff and replace them with something diffrent maybe a children's area instead of having to drag the kids round the shop which they never want to do.

Went to argos based in sainsburys in Leicester. Purchased a radio and went to return it the next day as when I got home found out the frequency doesn't work. Explained all this to the customer service assistant but she refused to give refund or exchange for another product. I told I plugged it in and then found out the frequency doesn't work. She said she can't refund as it's a second hand product as it's been used. I only plugged it in for 5 mins. All box and every thing was in the box. The assistant was soo rude and her behaviour was disgusting. Nevery buy from argos again . She didn't apologies .
