I was charged extra every time i booked the car with them.!!!!! So i called them up for charging me extra. They told me to email them whatever i was telling them over the phone. This shows that their not professional, when they can clearly see how much they took out from my bank account, poor customer service they still want me to email them after i explained everything to them. so i would tell to the rest of customers every time you guys book with them make sure you check how much they taking out from your bank account. They rip you off by taking extra money from your bank account. Very lastly MAKE SURE YOU GUYS RECORD THEIR VOICE WHENEVER YOU GUYS SPEAK TO THEM OVER THE PHONE EVEN IF ITS NOT COMPLAIN, AS THEIR CALL ARE NOT MONITORED THEY ALWAYS CHANGE THEIR WORDS LATER ON. THEIR CAR WERE VERY DIRTY SO THE MANAGER HAMZA WHO TOLD ME I AM ELIGIBLE TO GET THE CAR CLEAN THE INTERIOR AND WASH THE CAR FOR MAXIMUM I COULD SPEND IS £15 AND I SENT HIM RECEIPT WHICH CLEARLY MENTIONED £15 THEN HE DENIED THAT HE NEVER SAID £15. ALL OF THEIR ICAR IS DIRTY THEY NEED TO CLEAN AND WASH THE CAR REGULARLY !!! Looks like the last time this car was cleaned months ago!!

A company with hidden charges. had been recommended into trying this company, however right from my first car hire, I had a issue with arranging my car as the location of the vehicle was false. I had to call the company to deal with this matter which they resolved. When I eventually got to the car...... It didn't start! I was on the phone to the team at car hire where one staff was assuming my knowledge of starting a car was like a peanut brain,but no the peanut brain himself couldn't solve the issue and I had to complain again for a refund due to the issues I had faced

I expected the car suspension to be a bit smoother but it’s fine. Car was nice to drive but had difficulties picking the car up. Firstly, as I booked it from Manchester (Q-park piccadilly) it says the car is located on the ground floor which it isn’t. As a matter of fact, Q-Park doesn’t have a ground floor (floor 0) it starts from -1 and onwards. As I spoke to customer on the phone, the lady told me the car is in maintenance and should be around in 30-45 minutes. However, when I finally found the car it was there and didn’t wait for that time. So she said that the maintenance guy didn’t inform her the car was there. So she had to unlock the car remotely from her. Afterwards, I couldn’t leave the parking lot with the parking access provided. Apparently, the Qpark people told me that access car wasn’t activated properly from the Ecar company. As a result, I would like to draw the attention to the relevant authorities towards the poor professionalism and hygiene of the car. Regular cleaning and improved communication between the staff should be considered as a top priority. On the positive side, the whole company is a smart idea of booking the car online so will definitely book it again as I know now the procedures of how to take the car. But I couldn’t charge it back for some reason so I had to leave it as it is as the company timings was closed and couldn’t get a proper guide on returning it.

So this happened many months ago but I’m still pissed thinking about it. I’ve used 2 times and on the 3 time I booked their small van. They called me within a few days of my pickup date to inform me that all their vans needed to be serviced that day and offered to change it to one of their small cars. I said I was helping someone to move. The small car was obviously too small. I wasn’t offered any compensation or anything. A lot of stress ensued trying to find an alternative. Also on the second time I used it, I need it to drive to Richmond from East London on boxing day (2017) to feed my friends' cat as they were away. I booked a car that had “Integrated Sat-Nav System”. When I got in I spent about 10 minutes trying to work it. The Sat-Nav didn’t have any maps loaded on to it. I complained and was told that it wasn’t a feature they offered or something like that. After awhile they offered me a discount on a future booking for which the time had lapsed because I didn’t use it in time. I just checked their website now and on the Nissan Leaf it says Integrated “Sat-Nav System” in its key feature.

:-( I used, Ecar for many years but after the Europcar take over it all change, Lots of system issues double billing and issues late changes due to ecar faults and not mine, rude staff . Long and short , Stay away many better options
