Asda Spondon!!!
I went into Asda today, walked straight in no social distancing measures at the door like the previous week.. security sat playing on his phone... family's of four shopping like its a normal day and not keeping there distance....
Staff walking close to you again not keeping any distance...what is wrong going on!!!!
Mother and her two daughters walking three a breast in the aisle..
Needless to say I didn't hang about.....on my way out I said what was needed to the other security guy who was also on his phone and couldn't be arsed to stem the flow..
Sorry simply not good enough and a complete lack of responsibility to everyone

I used to love asda, everything you need in one convenient place but over the last year or so they are always out of stock of a lot of things and then when you ask they just say 'try the internet'.
Click and collect is just as bad, I made an order and requested no substitutes and rather than saying its out of stock they waited until an hour before I was collecting to email me saying everything I had ordered was out of stock and they were substituting it all!

Waited 10 minutes on a self checkout to get ID pass and when I called a member of staff out on how long I had been waiting she couldn't be bothered to stop, help me out and apologise. All I got was helped out and a lame excuse about a machine being down to which 3 members of staff had to do.. Get more staff who aren't rude.

Transport wise it is very accessible, well stocked and the usual value for money you get at any Asda.
The fact that you can order food or clothes for collection there adds to the appeal, as well as a conveniently placed Macdonalds.

Not happy with the Bakery at this store today got back home to find that the doughnuts were stale sold to me on their best before date.
Shame because on the whole this is not the case.

Asda is always brilliant you can get almost everything you need from there the staff are wonderful there is a massive car park with plenty of disabled parking spaces all sorts of different toilets and changing facilities there is a atm machine outside plus a petrol station and car wash

A good selection of pretty much everything you could need, product availability much better here than other Asda stores. Especially the Sinfin branch. More tills need to be opened up at peak times due to rush.

Asada staff are doing an amazing job at this difficult time, thank you.
The cueing system, approx 30mins, is working and well managed with everyone maintaining 2m distance and being polite. Shelves were reasonably well stocked at 9 am this morning Friday 27th March. Some items are quite rightly restricted e.g. loo roll & pasta x 1 and milk 3. Sadly no eggs and flour but I am confident that this will be resolved shortly. Checkout/shop and go cues were low and panic seems to have eased thankfully.
NHS staff were being let straight in with ID lanyards.
Thanks again to your amazing staff who are keeping us supplied.????????????????

The reduced food section is too small(quite obviously) you need to kneel on the floor to see what's on the bottom shelf,rarely have anything reduced to any significance, female cleaners in male toilets(while you're standing there??) Would male cleaners be accepted in female toilets?? Parking bays were adequate in 1976-in your austin morris but not in 21st century(unless everyone gets out before parking-could make shopping good fun! Better than the sinfin shop though-do they know how to re-order stock(whole point of it all surely???)

Thanks Asda ! Remind me not to shop twice in one day in your Spondon Derby store again, as this may trigger Parking Eye to try to bully me into paying a £70 fine.
They conveniently missed the exit of the car park on the first trip and the entry several hours later for the 2nd visit.
Well done. I calculate I spend in excess of £7,000 a year with you and was once a loyal customer.

So they put on a baby event with low prices and then don't stock the product. I go online and place the order, and the don't ring me until 40mins before my collection time to say that they still can't fulfill my order.
Very unimpressed.
Surely it should say sold out, unavailable or at least they could advise what location does have stock.

Just been into Asda at Spondon. An urgent visit to get a cooked chicken £6 and a bacon joint £3.99 for our tea and a small box of southern £3.75. All 3 cooked meat products were very dry and inedible, which was very very disappointing and spoilt our tea. Its the last time i ever get these cooked meat products from gheir again, rubbish.!!

24 hour part of the store is only to take your money, Do not, will not correct there mistakes after 10pm. Staff can be rude and unapologetic.

Do not use the self service tills thay have a camera on them that shows other people your pin when you use chip and pin if you remove card reader out of the holder not good this is a mager sec issue for your pin number shame on you asda would not even give one star but I have to ????????☹️ this must be sorted out asda
I also have been during the lockdown and it has to be the worst shopping experience ever due to the fact once you are in the shop social distance goes out the window and the range of tvs is next to non 2 43 inch ones and that's it and only Polaroid ones nothing else what has happened to asda I will never no

Pasta tablets the stuff that people are panic buying to one side for the elderly and vulnerable let them know they can get it from another counter I am shocked to see shelves are cleared think of the elderly we should look after them and mothers of young babies

Nothing! Items missing g from click and collect order call up and told to go back only to get there and everything shut so couldn't get my missing items, call back to be told my items could be delivered, call ended so call back up to be told I would have to go back the next day as they won't deliver and still now have been told 3 different thing on 3 different calls and now can't get in touch with anyone so will have to wait until tomorrow when the store reopens, I wouldn't usually mind but it was my 11 month old baby's food that was missing!

Absolutely disgusted a big store like this with George clothes and i couldn't try on 4 pair of trousers at 10am in the morning due to staff shortage I was told to come back at 11am So I put them all back. I do shop here weekly and like Asda but this is ridiculous.

I swear the pricing for a cheque was right but when we paid we was £2.50 too low but when I checked on a calculator it met the budget. Either me or them.
Also you need to sort out the placing of your items. We got a coffee pack mixed up because of this.
Please fix these problems.

Well I tolerate most things in this Asda but there is nothing worse than a cashier who is more interested in talking to everybody else rather than putting your items through the till. I much prefer the online shopping experience and will be using that service more in future.

I don't know why people are crying so much about this and that. I believe if you went into Asda in a more positive attitude you would come out feeling good about your visit. Ok they move stuff about so you have to walk more walking is good exercise, you cry about the parking, Park further away where it is quiet and get some fresh air, You say the phone never gets answered then stop ringing and go to the shop people are way too idle nowadays, Also if they are being rude, Ask them their name first off if they don't give it and confront them in the store in a nice polite way and ask why they was rude over the phone i bet the answer would be you was shouting and upsetting me. Get real people and stop blaming the store for your own negativity in life, go in smiling make somebody laugh and come out feeling a better person, get off your butts and shop instead of doing it online. Exercise fitness eating properly equals a positive outlook on life, try it sometime you may surprise yourself. ;-)

They stock absolutely everything you can imagine, nothing wrong with a bit of asda price and a McDonalds right on the side makes it convenient for a bite to eat after a bit of shopping. The eye test centre and the holiday bookies are also quality establishments and all the staff are really helpful. Good for the weekly shop or for somewhere to go at 10 to 1 in the morning. Brill.

Large store selling a wide range of items. Always plenty of choice, decent prices too. Downside at the checkouts when self-service checkouts are troublesome (probably overdue for an upgrade). Can be very busy, but that's the downside of such a popular store.
