More recently they had assisted me with a HMRC appeal which proved successful after their dedication,professionalism and attention to detail.

Sometimes their system email communications can be a little off in terms of formatting, but who cares when you're getting a great service and the right information when you request it! I deal with Letitia mostly for my personal queries and she has been on the money since day one.

Having been with IMS since September 2017, I can honesty say that they are a massive improvement on my previous accountant.
Their initial mentoring service was very professional and useful; the online portal was always easy to use and update; all phone conversations were always dealt with promptly and efficiently and face to face meetings to discuss the more complex questions were always handled with great patience and attention.
Also, being out of contract for the last 6 months, they did not charge for the payroll services but still provided a very professional service for all HMRC and essential business.
Only downside is that the offices are not very clearly identifiable from the outside - could do with better signage.
Overall, I would definite recommend them.
