I call up to ask some questions about my insurance package, the person on the other end loads up my file completely fine.
I call back 30 minutes later to request a refund for not receiving services that were included in the package, lo and behold, the geezer can't find my file, scum.

The worst insurance company I have ever seen, when I changed my address they charged me £100 without my permission, I didn't even receive an email or a letter regarding any changes of the amount in my account, I terminated all my contracts with Aviva and the also charged me £100 over for the finale payment, they just ripped me off, just stay away from this horrible company
