Just been to this service station. Any one in Birmingham area would be mad not to top up here. Staff were pleasant and even filled up for me . So reasonably priced. Thank you guys for some good old fashioned service .

Please be careful if you make payment by card, the system is not auto redirected so they manually type the amount they charge, made mistake...... If you leave the site without noticing the customer service is appalling and will not bother to go into details to fix the problem.
Amid virus outbreak we normally don't bother with paper receipts and that's the excuse they use.
Transparency is expected but not guaranteed.
Be careful when making card payments.

Professional forecourt not some back street garage, a real professional feel to the place. Like most petrol stations the shop inside has a range of vehicle parts and accessories as well as confectionary, tobacco, drinks and snacks. The staff on site are very friendly and helpful, as they also do LPG conversions in their workshop they were able to offer advice on maintenance of the gas system. Also the barista quality coffee tastes amazing and for only £1. Brilliant place.

Fantastic service from Birmingham Autogas. Have been trying for months to sort out a problem with my lpg system not switching over to gas.Phoned/emailed many many lpg places they all wanted to know what system was fitted and i had no idea. Then on Thurs emailed this company and within hours i had an email back telling me to take the car to them the following day, Would you believe within 20 mins my car was hooked up to their computers and the problem found, 15 mins later i was driving away all sorted and my car fixed.Happy days, For all problems or a new system fitted give these guys a ring,RECOMMENDED TO ALL

Best place for LPG and LPG conversions. Very knowledgeable and experienced staff. I have had three conversions and have been using Birmingham Autogas for over 10 years. I do not go anywhere else as they are well established and have a good backup service. The LPG is available 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm with a tuck shop. Propane and Butane gas bottles are also sold at a very reasonable cost.

Every time i fuel up here i have trouble with my car running rough. I dont know if they mix the fuel up with something or what but the fuel is not good quality. Do not use. Staff was rude and disrespectful too, made me wait for a week to get a refund on my prepaid fuel (108) liters. When i asked for the name of the owner, he said my name is BOSS...so all in all they wanted to charge me extra £20 admin fee to refund me the 108 liters...i was not told about that before. Terrible customer service and a complete waste of time. Spare yourself the hassle and go somewhere else...you will save much more than the 3p they promise you.
