Called in advance to cash a cheque, with relevant I'd and travelled 8miles to get there to find out sorry we can't cash your cheque today, called in advance and got told yes get to store told no disgraceful to say the least and a wasted journey

Waste of time, no social skills from young staff, I had more than enough ID and even got more that they requested and went back and they refused me, just because they could. No cash loan, just to cash my cheque from the HM Courts & Tribunial Service, with my address on ???????? what a bunch of clowns and time wasters. Wish I could give minus 5!! Not happy and will never return!
