The staff is overall very friendly. Unfortunately, I recently had an extremely bad experiment with the lady who may be in charge. She is the short lady of asian heritage. She is extremely rude and treat people badly: my visit to the store felt like a sin. I only wanted to get the price of something but I was treated like a thief and questioned like if I was being interrogated. This ruined my whole week and left me with a trauma like feeling. How can someone treat others like this!!

Went into H and T pawnbrokers, Sutton today to ask advice about selling a gold necklace . .I was given sound , sensible and honest advice by the assistant . . The staff member although only 5 months service was an asset to the store. I believe his name was Akeem.
