I would give this a zero rating if I could but not let me . I went to this store today to ask if I could sell a item I got , the guy said wear a face mask I explained I am exempt as had proof to show as i was wearing a lanyard with card also my carer said I am exempt . The guy seemed not to care and said there policy and not let me in the store. I think this is wrong they should not treat a disability person who is exempt , if they cant wear one they should accept it , whatever the policy is . Very disappointed and if same policy in future I wont be going. My advice is anyone who is exempt and have proof avoid this store as you might not get in , the guy just does not care about people with disability. AVOID.

Impossible to deal with, goods never arrived and the manager just keeps refusing to refund! Complaint made to Head Office and will go to Ombudsman if necessary.

Walked in and was offered help straight away but a young lady (Asian origin I think not sure with masks on) and she was more than happy to answer my questions and checked the products that my son wanted to buy to make sure they worked ok and went out of her way to try and find a case, another lady, white and a little younger I think was also present and again very pleasant, ppe in store was spot on and I felt comfortable in the store. Thanks again for your help

Well I brought a sensor for my Xbox one which dose not have a port for the sensor which I paid £11.99 for and got £8.01 cash. So I went back for a refund which they dont do, one staff was talking to me and then asked someone else to talk to me which I explained the problum and I said I need to buy an adapter which cost £30 and he rudely said "Yes, you need to buy an adapter." as they refused to give me a refund the the item I took it to CEX which I got £13 for it. Which is good because not only I gave £20 to cash convertors I get to keep the £8.01 and got £13 which made up for the refund from cash convertors.
For now on Im shopping and giving items to CEX

Good to buy gear from but not good to sell to. I had a pair of active speakers to sell. They wouldn't go higher than £60. I sold them via Facebook for £160. Realistically they were probably worth £200+ I know they have premises and staff to pay for and you expect them to make a profit but...
BTW the staff in the West Croydon store seem more professionalthan Sutton.
