Absolutely useless. Took my air rifle in for a simple repair. Took them nearly 2 months. They lost the cartridge and I had to chase them for 2 weeks to get it replaced. No call backs or apology. The woman on reception is rude with the worst phone mannor. Very unprofessional individuals who shouldn't be left in charge of guns
