The pharmacist (dark haired guy with glasses) has no idea what customer service should be like and doesn't know how to speak to customers. I would avoid this pharmacy only because of him. Everybody else in the store is polite and courteous, except for this man.

This is a cost friendly way of buying the most popular veryday pills and tablets. Ie. For the common cold or other non prescription type products also a wide variety of make-up ,hair care products and cleaning aids . The staff were friendly ,helpful and compliant with the covid 19 rules and regulations .

Wow, the female pharmacist is really rude & unhelpful (the rest of the staff have been great). On both occasions I’ve dealt with her she’s had a real attitude, and done the bare minimum. This morning at 11am I went in to collect an urgent prescription (there was discussions about admitting me to hospital last night, but in the end the surgical team decided that if I could start the antibiotics this morning they could probably avoid bringing me in). I arrived & the prescription hadn’t been made up...fair enough. Pharmacists response, ‘it’s not ready’. This was clearly the end of the conversation from her perspective. No indication of when it might be ready, or an offer to do it now. I said that I’d be happy to wait if she could do it now. No response. I then had to explain that it was urgent, at which point she eventually agreed to do it. At no point had she returned to discuss this with me at the desk, and instead I was having to communicate loudly with her across the entire pharmacy section. So much for my privacy!

Good luck trying to contact them over the phone. They are rarely available and when they do they aren't helpful at all. They also had me waiting on the phone "to check something" and after +10 min they hung up on me. Rude and unacceptable.

Two branches in Brighton both well stocked the WESTERN RD branch less busy than the Churchill Square one which is always extremely busy.
Great range of well priced products both toiletries health products and food items.
Good reductions and offers.
More affordable than Boots.

I really like superdrug. Its amazing and the website is awesome. I have never had problem with any delivery or when I walk in. Great variety of products. But unfortunately yesterday I walked into the store and I have a flu. So I tried to ask for assistance on the vitamins. I know it doesn't take genius but I was not feeling really well so I needed some additional help on the pills also. My eyes was very irritated so I couldn't read very well. So after I had to almost chase the lady on the floor and asked her question regarding the vitamins she just walked off without realizing that I might have had other question. So I had to walk after her so that I can ask her my second question. I know that I have a flu and I realise that I did not look my best but it's not excuse to just walk off in the middle of the conversation. The staff member maybe thought she will get sick I understand. I would still recommend Superdrug and this location I just think if someone is not feeling well it would be really good if the staff help. Thank you anyway.
P.s I would have asked the pharmacist in the store but they were on break.

Superdrug Pharmacy is OUTSTANDING with friendly polite staff and superfast service. I just used their online doctors perscription service and saved over£50 the day before xmas.
I'm so grateful that Superdrug have invested so much in their pharmacy service. Never again do I have to use Boots with their rude unhelpful staff and over inflated prices.
Try them once like I have and you will be amazed at how quick and pleasant the whole experience is....

Rude pharmacy staff member immediately denied me an emergency inhaler prescription whilst I was on the verge of an asthma attack! Told me that I couldn’t request one without a prescription, despite having done so at the exact same store in a similar situation! Unbelievably bad service, and whilst i was struggling to breathe! Very angry and disappointed at this
