First and foremost, I never leave a review, however I have to make an exception for Bond Wolfe Auctions as they deserve recognition for their great work.
My company has been a client of BWA since 2020.
Being a property investor from London the team really do make it easy for me.
I have been buying and selling property for almost 10 years. I deal with Jonathan Hackett for my auction appraisals who provides down to earth and honest advice. Unlike other estate agents / auction houses he turns up on time and is never late for an appointment. Furthermore, his knowledge on what your house could achieve on the day is also accurate. Please note that estate agents and other auction houses I have gone to in the past give unrealistic and let’s say completely off the scale figures just to win the business.
For the day to day running and updates on my entered LOT(s) Perm and Lily are always on hand and are a pleasure to deal with.
Both are very professional and call back instantly if I cannot reach them.
I fully appreciate BWA adapted to Covid-19 quickly as the marketing of the property is without doubt one of the best as you have a virtual tour of the property available for any prospective buyer. Most estate agents and even other auction houses use a mobile phone and upload the video (rubbish quality) to YouTube. Bond Wolfe Auctions really are miles ahead of any of the competition.
I would not hesitate if you have a property to sell to choose BWA. The service, marketing and results will not be beaten.

I spent over 3hours looking into a property and had to cancel my interest due to the rip off fees hidden in legal packs.
I deal with almost every property auction team in the UK and have not seen this.
If you are looking at the other reveiws, I suggest you focus on the genuine reviews with more than 1 review under their belt.

Lacking in transparency. Buyers Beware - often £10k or more in fees on top of hammer price!!!!
Unlike many auction houses, Bond Wolfe Auctions not transparent and upfront with their fee structure. In various places within the documentation, are various fees for the buyer to pay. For example - buyer premium of £7,999, auction fees in a different document £1,440, solicitor fees of £600 or more, etc etc.
AND - YOU WILL NEEED TO PAY STAMP DUTY ON ALL OF THE CONSIDERATION PAID TO THE SELLER - INCLUDING THESE FEES!!
While it is true that the buyer must read all of the legal pack carefully and ensure they are aware of all fees applicable, Bond Wolfe could clearly state this fees/charges in their auction catalogue (like many respectable auction houses do). This would allow buyers to make an informed decision without the need for in-depth research of each property.
There are lots of 5 star reviews here from very happy sellers - of course there would be...those people are basically getting their properties sold for free because all the costs are loaded onto the buyer.
For auction properties, buyers should always be aware... but in the case of Bond Wolfe auctions you should be extremely cautions before placing a bid.

Amazing Auction House and Team. I have been selling and buying properties since August 1989 and in all that time I have never been as impressed with an Auction House as I am with Bond Wolfe Auctions. Both I and my partners/co-directors have been repeat vendors (many times) and we have nothing but sincere praise and thanks to all the auction team, especially Colin and Perm who really go out of thier way to assist and provide the best possible service resulting in record breaking sales prices being achieved.
For the best service and results when selling by auction, Bond Wolfe Auctions really are miles ahead of any of the competition. Bond Wolfe Auctions always insist and highlight that buyers of any property first inspect the property and then ask the buyers to make sure they first read and inspect the legal packs and contracts which are free to inspect on the auctioneers website to see what other costs and charges are payable on any property which also applies with most other auctioneers selling properties throughout the Country .
If possible buyers do not carry out these important checks and find out after they have purchased the property further costs apply, I cannot see how the auctioneers or sellers solicitors are at any fault especially where the buyer has bought a property on impulse and then tries to blame everyone else other than themselves for any impulse purchase.

All lies, scams, extra fees, going over 200% of guide price while a rule of thumb is 10%, the auction only go up in £10,000 each time, only time they go up in £1000 is if no one is buying and they need to sell fast. I actually think they are legit and I have contacted my solicitor and he is gathering all the evidence, we will see you soon.

I bought a house prior to the auction.
Viewed it with a very helpful young gentleman and made an offer to the office which they countered and we then agreed a compromise.
Paid my deposit and signed the contract in their office which was very Covid friendly with staff taking every precaution.
It was a very pleasant experience from starting to the finish.
Thoroughly recommend the services of Bond Wolfe

I was interested in 2 properties which needed full renovation.
Both sold for over the market value which was £110k. They sold in the region of £130k
The auction bid went way over this amount.
Taking into account fees upto £9k and then repairing the house £20k, this bring the the total to £160k. No house on both roads has sold for more than £115k, so why are broken down old houses being sold for high prices at auction. I thought the incentive to buy with cash would be I get the property at a cheaper price in auction, but It seems to be better to buy from a estate agent.
With these prices at auction it is not financially viable to make a profit or break even when selling later down the line.

Outstanding service by Gurpreet and his superb team at Bond Wolfe.
Myself and my family needed to sell our property ASAP and we decided to explore the auction route. Following some advice from people "in the know", We asked 3 auction companies to come and value our property and all were quite similar in terms of guide price valuations, the 2 auction companies that we decided not to use spent most of their time speaking in a derogatory manner about Bond Wolfe and Gurpreet personally, rather than why we should appoint them.
When we met Gurpreet he was clearly nothing like the way he was described by the two previously mentioned auction companies. It was very obviously sour grapes on their part!
Gurpreet spoke only about the service him and his team could provide and gave us in depth view of the property market and the success that he and Bond Wolfe had achieved. He did not once mention any of the other auction companies, a huge difference with the previous people that we had. We were so impressed and instantly felt that Bond Wolfe were the right people for us to appoint and we are so glad that we did, we sold our property for a great price and can now look ahead to the future.
I have no doubts that Gurpreet and his team will continue to dominate the midlands auction scene and myself and my family wish you all the very best for the future. Just keep ignoring the negativity, it reflects very poorly on them ~ just keep doing what you are doing. Thank you all once again!

AVOID! What a sham of a company. I have been reading their legal packs and they claim that sellers charge all these hidden fees. I didn’t realise that when I was selling the property that they would charge so much through the solicitors. I didn’t really have a choice who to instruct as they took over. Their buyers fees are way overpriced it meant my property’s fees were more than my reserve price! I think they need to change the solicitors used so it doesn’t compromise my property sale price. As expected my property did fall through once sold at auction as the buyer had said that there were hidden fees on the legal pack were not transparent and pulled out. I didn’t actually ask for those fees to be put in there but it’s not something we can have a say on. It looks as though when you sign up you have really no choice what they do behind close doors. I think this auction house should allow us sellers to use our own solicitors. The fees for the auction would then be reasonable to the buyer. You need to also not charge both the seller and the buyer for your auctioneer fee and admin fee. As the admin fee you charge is Extremely high. I now have sold my property elsewhere.

I was instructed by a long standing client to find a buyer for his rental portfolio as he was looking to wind down. Having considered various options I contacted Gurpreet Bassi, whom I have known for a number of years- we spoke about the possibility of selling the properties through the Bond Wolfe auctions. I then introduced my client to Gurpreet and he was blown away by his knowledge and professionalism, both myself and my client were impressed by the results and track record of Bond Wolfe and the rehire instructed them to sell the portfolio as individual houses in their October auction. The marketing was amazing and the auction day it self (although online) was a slick operation and my client sold all of his houses.
I can’t praise Gurpreet and the Bond Wolfe team enough- I have dealt with many estate agents and auctioneers over the years, but these guys are miles ahead of the competition.

We used Bond Wolfe to sell an industrial estate in October 2019 after having had little to no success in the open market. Unfortunately, it didn't sell at auction however the team at Bond Wolfe acted really quickly and within a few weeks it had been sold above the guide price to a private buyer. I have traded property through auctions for well over decade and I have used the services of every auctioneer in the Midlands- Gurpreet and his team at Bond Wolfe Auctions are head and shoulders above any of their competitors.

Be very carefull. READ THE CONTRACT.
They have rediculase fees on some properties. Some start at £7995.00 and this is not fixed. They can put fees up at any time . They aslo state they do not need to provide invoices or receipts. These fees exclude standard auction fees.
They need to be reported to tradeing standards.
They might bebidding themselves and when the honest bidder does not bid it seems as they say is a technical difficulty and they put the bid back to the honest buyers bid.
Please be very careful. They are a rip off.
They try to take advantage of new inexperienced buyer.

I did my extensive research and I do not have 1% trust in this company. They internally boost up bids and people tend to pay a lot more than what they should. On top of that, the legal fees are horrendous, it's absolutely disgusting how much these guys charge (approximately 15k). STAY WELL CLEAR!!!

I was very frustrated at the time because my high street agent at the time kept my property advertised for almost 12months with no luck with a sale. I was recommended by a friend to try the auction route and im so glad i did because i saved time (sold and competed in one month). I also had the benefit of including my solicitor and bond wolfe auction fees into the legal contract which meant i didnt have to pay any fees aswell ????. I have been buying properties by auction for a number of years and I can honestly say I have always found the team at Bond Wolfe Auctions to be one of the most helpful and professional I've ever dealt with.
There are often additional fees in the special conditions of sale but this is the case for any auction lots I have ever purchased, so I don't know why these guys are being singled out.
From the very first time I spoke to them they have always advised me to read the legal pack (view the property etc, etc) which is sound advice when legally committing to any purchase.
