Honestly by far the worst place i've ever attempted to buy car parts from. I should've read the reviews on these guys before purchasing anything from them. People are not kidding about how horrible their customer service is. They NEED to hire a better customer service team, or at least outsource or something. On hold for close to an hr, no response, gave up. Tried the online chat function, said someone would respond to help me shortly.... Yeah right man. I left it on in the background for another hour, and nothing. Do yourself a favor, avoid these guys, find another business.

So there was a delay in ordering, they had to substitute a different manufacture on the brake pads but they contacted me first. The parts arrived fine although the box that the disc brakes were in should have been a little stronger. The main thing is that they made sure that it was the right parts so there was no return.
In the future though if you send an e-mail make it so that it can be replied to. A lot of people work jobs where they cannot make phone calls during the day.

Buyautoparts has been great when I first ordered my supercharger from them and found out it was the wrong one I immediately called and ordered the correct one and sent back the first one and they actually got it to me the next day. You can't beat that with a stick. LOL they're located in San Diego so if you're in there vicinity somewhat you'll get your parts very quickly if shipped that is from my experience. And when I turn the original part they refunded my money within a matter of 7 days.????????

Every time i called i was Placed on a 45-60 min. Hold. They told me that since i had a different billing address and shipping address that it was marked as fraud and that my money would be refunded in 2-3 business days. Here it is day 7 and I’m still without a car part and without any money to try and order the part I need from somewhere else. These people move like slugs, and if you are needing your car part as soon as possible please go to your nearest auto part store!

I have installed the ac compressor and so far it work great, the only thing that needs to change is that then you call your staff places you on hold for ever for several days in a roll and will not answer your call unless your placing a 1st time order.

This place is a scam!! I ordered a part for my car, I paid a mechanic over $500 to install the part the it came defective shortly after installation. I had to call for the replacement, and they charge you $100 for the replacement and still you end up paying the mechanic for another installation. Be aware of their parts, they are not original as they claim and they have the worst customer service!! Never shop there again!

This company gives no warning that their AC Compressors do not come with oil already in them. They do not even state that they do not come with oil. Their tracking system is incorrect. Custo.er service is no help and finding any correct answers in their FAQ is a joke. They have cost me more time and money that I didn't have.
