Parts were as described. Arrived in timely manner. Only problem was I didnt know which box was for which side, until you open it up the sides were on a small sticker on the shocks and strusts themselves. I would have liked them label on the outside of the box as well, but overall, it was great.

Advertise price matching but they don't, ordered control arm kit paid $462.00 for it, found it from another source for $299.99. I contacted them less than a week after I got my parts and told of the lower price. I thought they might refund me the difference, Hah! They told me to pound sand, just so you know, it pays to shop around before you order, I didn't.

I would rate zero stars if possible. Very poor customer service, impossible to talk to a manager, very slow email replies. With so many options around save yourself a headache and avoid this business. Part was delivered to their warehouse days ago and they still haven't processed a refund. Amazon customer service keeps emailing on my behalf without any luck. WORST COMPANY EVER!

I thought I was ordering an original Nissan fuel pump. I received a Bosch brand. Bosch is a great brand, but if I had wanted Bosch, I would have ordered from another website for more than $50 less. The pump works, but I was frustrated to waste so much money. I went back to the website to make sure I had not missed any small print. I couldn't find anywhere that it was not a Nissan fuel pump.

It has been an incredibly frustrating experience. When it was Meridian Auto Parts we could just pick up steering racks from the local San Diego Warehouse. What was shipped to us was the wrong part yet the correct part number. We requested an RA along with the correct rack but were told we had to pay for the second part including another core charge and wait for another shipping delay! We immediately shipped the incorrect part back a week ago. We sourced another rack locally so we could get this Mercedes Benz of the lift and back on the road. We were notified by email today that our refund of $28.61 has been processed though we paid $692! Ironically we were also emailed with a follow up survey and here it is. We will not order again.

Wow, do not waste your time or money with BuyAutoParts. Sent me a steering gear that when packaging with the conforming foam packing bags one broke and spilled all over the PSCM, bonding to it. Contacted customer service to make it right. I needed a replacement sent, overnight so I could install in one of my clients vehicle. No replacement available....only option is to return which didn't work for me. Next person indicated to remove the foam by using brake cleaner (it's cheap I was told, 3 to 4 dollars, so I am supposed to send money to fix their mistake) which proceeded to remove the paint from the part. No offer for a rebate, only return and order an OEM if I still needed it. I indicated for return they needed to schedule UPS to pick up, which was ignored. Ended up having to use the part to satisfy my client at a heavy discount to them and costing me money on the job. All while this was happening received no fewer that 15 coupons for up to $35 off my next order but never an offer to make this screw up right. Never again will I use them. Original shipping wa's timely and part worked despite the cosmetic damage which is why 2 stars.

ordered a reconditioned steering gear , requires to remove the engine cradle to install, installed by a Ford dealer by lic professional , internal steering control modul is bad , they had sent us a old core as reconditioned and will not refund the money, will only send a new so called reconditioned part and I would have to pay again the labor! poor customer service, long times on the phone on hold, they don't check there parts or cover labor for there own mistake would not recommend
this company for any parts, and good luck getting someone to call you back

This company exceeded my expectations. I have found parts that I need for half the cost of other parts stores. At first I was worrying that maybe the quality of parts would be bad because the price is low, but no, the parts were all new and of high quality. AC compressor and other parts were properly sealed for transportation as well. Also delivery company destroyed 2 packages in a row from BuyAutoParts, but they helped me out with everything. Their customer service is superb. I am highly satisfied with this company, their products, and provided support. I have already recommended BuyAutoParts to many of my friends and co-workers and this will be my default go-to parts place from now on. I stand behind every word I wrote and I am not affiliated with the company in any way.

I ordered online brakes and rotors price worth 108 U.S $ website says free delivery. On checkout by PayPal I was charged 95 U.S $ shipping. With conversion rate from CAD. No prior warnings before checkout. I placed order Saturday night. I immediately called PayPal put a dispute on order. Called Monday morning auto parts Customer service 2nd person online waited 15 mins. Explained situations customer service rep . he told me don't worry your order will be cancelled. I ask him if he can provide me any call reference number. He said no such reference number but order will be cancelled surely. 2 days later get order at home Charged 280 CAD +30$ import charges. Felt cheated. If your customer reps cannot do anything why you guys fool people. Feel a lot disappointed.

Ordered a lift pump for my dodge cummins. Didn't get processed for 3 days until I called back and got a gentleman that was great. Got my info and goter done. Service as a whole stunk but he was great. I was gritting my teeth to give them a 3. I will give them the benefit of the doubt sometimes things do happen. I will continue to buy from them .

When we got our 2nd part, everything was good. The first drive shaft arrived damaged. It appeared to only have cosmetic dents on the outside, so my husband went ahead and installed it, hoping for the best, bc until he fixed my jeep, I'm without a car. It was a mess after installed..I'm surprised we made it back home n the Jeep didn't rattle into pieces from the bad drive shaft. When we contacted them, they took care of everything. Only bad part was having to wait for the replacement to arrive, plus having to put down a $70 deposit to cover the part they're sending, till we send the bad part back.
