Excellent company. I had a question about my vehicle and the part I needed. I looked it up on their online search engine and they said that it fit. Concerned because it would be an international delivery I called them to ensure that the part fit by giving them my VIN. They said it fit, I ordered it. I received the part and it fit. Delivery to Canada was within the week. Excellent customer service and the part was cheaper after exchange, delivery and customs by $150. I can't say enough about this company.

Part was good, was they said it would be, a quicker ratio steering box for my 65 Riviera, handels much better. Would have given 5 star except the core return got a little complicated. Said I sent it to the wrong warehouse, when they supplied the return shipping label. It is worked out now, so I would recommend them.

Buy Auto Parts took my money and ran with it. I purchased an AC Compressor through amazon from this company, installed the compressor, found out the part didn't work, and then i shipped it back to them. I demanded a refund and they agreed so i sent them the part. It's been over 3 months and i have not received a refund. I even emailed them through amazon and asked why i have not received a refund and they said they would talk to their accounting department. I still have not been refunded for the part. They literally stole $280 from me. I have been working with amazon and my bank to receive a refund but to no avail. Beware my friends. I will never purchase another part from a company with the name buyautoparts again. I'd advise everyone to do the same. These are not the kind of people you want to do business with.

I purchased the k04 turbo upgrade and could not be happier with the quality! But the price is the best part of this deal.... This is not a cheap knockoff turbo as you would expect for this price. From the test data that came with the turbo, i determined that it is manufactured in the U.K by a respected manufacturer of turbocharger design and test equipment for the motorsports and automotive industry. I work exclusively on VW/Audi and I would not hesitate to install one of these on a clients car.

Got the right part quick when I needed it! The 8+ year old struts on my 2007 350Z were shot and these parts were needed asap as my passenger tire was being chewed up fast due to the part failure. And unlike some places, I didn't have to wait weeks to get parts while the rest of the car fell apart waiting on them. You won't be sorry. They'll make sure you get the right part, just make sure you give them the right make/model/year! ;-)

Ordering was fairly easy. I have a Audi A7 which has brake sensors. I found during the installation that typically these are replaced at the same time as the brakes. It would be nice to make suggestions relative to part replacement and leave the decision to the buyer at the same time keeping the buyer informed. Thanks.... Very satisfied with the service parts.

Terrible service all around. Hour long phone wait times and I've been hung up on twice. I paid for next day air delivery and they sent it ground shipping, which will take a week. I'm in the military and transferring to my next duty station and my wife and daughter are with me stuck in the middle of nowhere until this part arrives. These guys have been no help.

I purchased a refurbished Navigation Unit from Buy Auto Parts. Was nervous because it wasn't new and not sure if it would be correct part but it arrived in just a couple of days with no delays. The part fit perfectly and works like a charm. There was a $450 core charge though but I sent the old unit back on a Monday and had the credit back on my credit card by end of week. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend.

Just hope they have your part available in their warehouse. If not they will just tell you, you are SOL and all we can do is refund you. Since their warehouse is in another state, no one can help you when your part is lost. Don’t waste your time if you the part in a rapid timeframe.

If i could give no stars, i would. They sent me a unit (A/C Compressor) which you need to install and pray it works. Which of course after installation, i find a huge leak and of course i cannot receive a refund because the unit was installed. Well thats theft if ive ever seen it.
They send you a part they know is defective. You install it, find its defective. Then they keep your money and tell you to pick out another defective unit.
Perfect scheme.

It's been over 15 days and I still have not received the product I ordered. The product has not even shipped yet! The online product description was saying immediate availability but apparently this was a refurbished product that they need to back order. No way they're going to get any of my business ever again! Avoid at all costs, there are plenty of better online shops for parts to serve you better.

Price of part great. After that worst experience ever. Over 2 hours of hold time and still no contact from customer service. Core return took 5 months for credit. Now here it is 6 months later and part has failed with no warranty help in sight. I've been in the auto business for 20 years and will tell all I know to avoid this company.
