Great customer service no pressure sales

Dealt with Jay and Naz. The sales process was quick and transparent with Jay. Drove the car off after checking everything and it turns out the engine light came on. Quick call to Naz and I had the car in the garage the next day under the warranty. Naz was apologetic and extremely customer centric and made sure the car was fixed and up to scratch. He even gave me a lift home and drove my car to my house for me when the garage had finished. Can’t speak highly enough of Uniqar and would recommend to anyone.

Purchased a used Skoda Fabia estate following a trade-in of our old car. Good service, fair prices. I would recommend this garage.

Just got my ford fiesta from these gents and im very happy, Jay and ash were brilliant from start to finish, buying a car on my own is a little scary but they explained everything, thank you I will definitely be buying from you again.

I went to look at a car that they had advertised on Auto Trader, when i got there i was spoilt for choice, all their cars were immaculate, they let me test drive 3 different cars! Sorry guys, and ended up buying somethin i never thought i would own. A very pleasant buying experience, very smooth and simple transaction, they arranged all the paperwork, road tax and even insurance for a few days. Love my VW Beetle convertible, thanks to all concerned, highly recommended.

Poor service! And absolute rip offs! Stay clear of this place!! Bought a car from them that i seen on AutoTrader. Sales man told me its a cash sale only which i thought was suspicious enough allready. Car broke down driveing home and salesman refuses to do anything about it!!! No warranty no refunds just lies.

Terrible company. I bought a used car and they told me that no problems with the car. I took to my mechanic and he said 2 frot springs brokeb, hand brake not working properly right head light broken etc... £160 thank you guys I didn't notice only later the back door on the left is damaged...do not trust these guys. They need your money asap....

Brilliant customer service and care. I bought a car from uniqar and driving home I noticed a problem with the rear back wheel, I needed a car garage asap. It was not good news. I rang uniqar up when I got home. They could not apologise enough. The next day they drop off a courtesy car and took the other car way to have it looked at. They found another problem and fixed it. Two day's later I got my car back. Drove it for two day's and noticed something else was not right. I rang uniqar up again, by this time I'm not happy. Told them I didn't want car any more. They said I could take the car back on the weekend and swap it for another or have money back. As it happens I found another car. It was also the same day as the royal wedding prince Harry and Meghan Markle. They let me watch that on there TV so I didn't miss out. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car, just amazing services.

Just picked up my second car from uniqar ,Jay and the team go the extra mile for their customers ,can not recommend these guys enough ,already got them looking for a car for son,honest service and quality cars

They advertised black Alfa Romeo Mito as excellent example which looks superb. I was absolutely shocked after visiting their showroom last Saturday. The car was in poor condition. Inside, it wasn’t clean(loads of tobacco inside arm rest). But when we checked the outside we couldn’t believe in what we saw. Car was after accident and the bumper was badly broken!! Also the hood was bended from the impact. I was very disappointed with such unhonest advert. I don’t expect 9y old car not to have small dents and scratches but I can’t believe they displayed car badly damaged and advertised as superb condition. Be aware when buying from them and check the car well before purchase, especially because the light inside their showroom is dark and is easy to miss some problems. UPDATE: To answer Uniquar response: I was on the day together with my wife and daughter- no appointment was needed. In fact I went there day before and was closed due to severe weather. I spoke with owner/manager on the phone on Friday and I said I will be there on Saturday morning. The car was damaged but because of the colour and shape of the bumper it wasn’t obvious. I didn’t notice it first but my wife picked it up. The car was in the far left corner of the shop and the light was horrible. I do not work for competitors and if you check my review history you will notice I bought MiTo in Peterborough week later and left them with positive review as they were genuine sellers, not like yourself !!!
