What a shocking place. Please be aware of these people as they will do thier upmost to ensure they take as much money as possible from you incorrectly. I didn't know places like this exist in 2020 :/.

BEWARE THE BOTTERILLS ENTER AT YOUR OWN PERIL! Requiring some business law advice, I had the misfortune of having the SHMA Leicester office being recommended to me by my business accountants. Roy and Lisa Botterill at the SHMA Leicester office talk a good talk and quoted a decent price but once they were instructed, the magic act started. Roy Botterill became the invisible man never seen or heard from again and Lisa Botterill disappeared, surfacing occasionally when I demanded updates. Despite being assured that my job would be dealt with by the Leicester branch (Leicester people do Leicester work they said), it wasn't long before people from Birmingham and Nottingham started getting involved but when you chased them for an update they would never return calls despite promising to do so. The whole job was a nightmare from start to finish. I was unappreciated and curse myself for ever choosing to use them. They almost cost me my livelihood. Then to top it off, they tried to bill me almost double what they had quoted, saying that the job took longer then they thought it would. It only took longer because they dragged it on. I wish i had dropped them early on but once you are in you can't leave because going to another solicitor would mean being charged twice. I'm only giving them 1 star because i can't give NIL stars. If you want to retain your sanity, your money and not upset your staff then GO ELSEWHERE and avoid SHMA and the terrible twosome The Botterills and their gang of crooks. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.
