I do not normally leave reviews unless I have received a truly outstanding service. Right from the very outset of my case I was treated with respect and an extremely high level of care. I found my solicitor to be extremely accessible and she was always at the end of a phone. The level of meticulous preparation and robust legal representation was excellent and I am am overjoyed with the successful outcome. I faced an allegation of drink driving and was represented by Bhatia Best at court. Their motoring law team were fantastic and were worth every penny. I was quoted a lower fee by another firm who told me I was definitely going to lose my licence and that I had to plead guilty. I hired Bhatia Best and they proved my innocence and I kept my licence and my job. I can't sing their praises enough.

I was accused of a very serious crime that was a false allegation. I had 13 months of absolute hell at the Crown Court before Bhatia Best managed to get the case discontinued. They were extremely professional and attentive towards me.

Utter rubbish law firm. Building is in a state of disrepair. The staff are underachievers of life working for this poxy law firm. They never telephone you back when they say they will. I have report them to the SRA and the Law Society. Avoid at all cost!!!

Very poor solicitors and business practise. We used this company on recomendation from a friend for a custody battle for the father. Whilst our options for achieving our end goal were stacked up against us, they were made slimmer by bhatia bests handling of our case. They were disorganised, we had a different solicitor at every hearing without option of choosing the same solicitor twice. Our case file was kept in a piss poor standard. We always paid in credit with the hope they would dedicate more time to our case. When they didnt we were forved to change soicitors. At which point they claimed additional costs to swallow up the credit in order not to give us a refund. Very poor representation!!!!

They didn't tell me my solicitor had gone on maternity leave and so I had no idea how my case was being handled on the lead up to a second interview. However my initial lawyer was very helpful after the investigation had started.
