I cannot say anything negative, my experience with Saffron solicits have been so profession yet so comfortable at the same time. Wahlil Khan was very pleasant and ensured he helped whenever and wherever. He was polite, kind and was always prompt with his response. With Covid present, this did not stop him from doing his job (Y). Thanks again for your service, will use Saffron Solicitors again and refer as much as possible ????

I have now used Saffron Solicitors for 3 instructions. Wahlil was very good from start to finish on all 3 transactions. He was available whenever I contacted him and responded promptly. All aspects of the matter are discussed and explained clearly from the start. Even during the COVID-19 lockdown my matter was dealt with professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend to others. How can I make this clear? DO NOT TOUCH WITH A MILLION MILE LONG BARGEPOLE This is a group of solicitors. I had to hire another group of solicitors to discover that they'd acted on a complaint I'd made. Really? I mean, really?? I can only presume the level of contempt this company holds for their customers is so great that that they: a) decide to skip requested legal paperwork because they think it's not necessary; b) don't respond to a clients' polite enquiries; c) only cave in when a formal complaint is made 18 months later... d).. and then appear to fly in the face of Law Society expectations because I had NO communication about my complaint until I hired another set of solicitors who discovered actually my complaint was resolved before I hired the second lot of solicitors Long story short: Yay Saffron Solicitors for fixing my paperwork issue 18 months after they shpuld have done it. Boo Saffron Solicitors because even ehen they fix my complaint they still can't be arsed to tell me. Like I said... Bargepole, No.

Service is seriously rubbish They think there gangsters and try to be rude and never pay up front they will not do nothing for ur money they will try and make you spend more the boss is the worst no manners wud never use this bunch of joker again
